Hoyle's of Oxford Reviews

The Post Office delivered my package from Hoyles to the wrong address but when I phoned Hoyles to tell them abou this, Emily was all over it in no time flat, seeing that the delivery place was not mine and sorting it immediately by ensuring my order was packed and sent by next post. There were also emails to ensure I knew what was going on. Great commnication. Oh, and the items were great, as well.

Reliable and quick, it was great to be able to get a board game from a local business. I needed a birthday gift and was able to click and collect the same day, super helpful and it looked like they have a good range of games.

really great - so helpful, and they permitted me to return something which was not quite qhat I needed, being difficult to see it without being there. highly recommended
