Emailed customer services at Hoselock Tim at the company emailed me back asking exactly what has happened, I ran through what had gone wrong he asked a few questions what to do, but already had done this. He asked to send photos of hose, which I sent to him. A few days after reviewing Tim emailed me back to say he is sending out a new hose to me which I received today 11/12/25. The experience getting on to Hoselock & Tim was exceptional from start to finish. Well done THANK YOU👏👏👏👍

I had a minor issue develop with a TuffHoze. Tim in customer service couldn't have been more helpful in helping sort out a replacement with the minimum of fuss. Excellent customer service. The kind that actually wants to look after customers rather than fob them off. Well done Hozelock. NOTE: I have to say, the TiffHoze is by far the best hose I have ever owned. It doesn't kink, is light and reliable. I have two others for the front and side of the house that have served me well for many years.

i contacted hozelock regarding an issue i had with a y hose connector which was over its guarantee date and there customer service was outstanding especially Chloe from customer service she understood and listened to my queries and was prepared to help giving me some advise about the product and resolved my issue excellent service

Required a replacement lance for an obsolete sprayer model so contacted customer services. They suggested an alternative lance which was compatible, Unfortunately it wasn't but the rep (Chloe) provided me a complimentary trigger in order to make it all work. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable so many thanks.

I recently had a problem with a purchase of a Hozelock product. I purchased the product over a year ago and was only just installing the product last week, when I discovered the issue. I couldn’t produce my receipt or proof of purchase to the shop where I purchased the product. I contacted Hozelock Customer Services and Tim the Advisor sorted out my problem and issued a replacement. Excellent service and cannot thank Tim enough a credit to your organisation.

Excellent service. The sign of a good company is not always when things go right but when something goes wrong. In this instance Hozelock listened, responded quickly and replaced the item by post (a hosepipe). Thanks Charlie in Customer Services for prompt replies.

My retractable hose developed a problem, leaked oil and wouldn’t rewind. I got in touch with customer services and spoke to Charlie. He was very polite, helpful and professional and after I had sent some photos of what was wrong he said that I would get a replacement within 3 to 5 working days. True to his word it has just arrived.
I would say that Charlie‘s customer service skills in dealing with this problem were exceptional.

I bought a 30m Hozelock Expanding Garden Hose in June 2023 with a five year guarantee on it. This indicated to me that it was likely to last more than five years due to the confidence of the manufacturer. Sadly after two and a half years the hose developed spurting leak 45cm from the garden tap connection.
I contacted Hozelock who saw that I had registered for a guarantee for the hoze after purchase and it was clearly still valid.
Charlie, a very helpful Hozelock employee, helped me very well by informing me of how I should proceed to replace the hose according to the guarantee. I followed his advice and my damaged hose has been replaced and delivered to me without fuss.
I cannot fault the service I have received from Hozelock and have faith in all the Hozelock garden accessories I have from them.

Having purchased an auto reel hose some 3 years ago and finding the mechanism was not functioning properly ,I contacted Hozelock ,and after e mailing proof of purchase with a video of the problem,a replacement was dispatched immediately to me.
