Delay shipping. Won't refund money.

Today is March 16, 2026. I ordered a computer on February 16. Big mistake. With two delays in shipping dates, I cancelled the order. They told me the cancellation was unsuccessful. I told them I had purchased another computer and not to ship. They then said they would refund it. Lots of nonsense about about why they could not refund. The computer is still in HP possession but they won't refund my money. They say that on 3-18 they will respond my money and it will take 3-5 days for the refund to hit my bank. At that time, they will have had my money for about 5 weeks. They are scammers. Think of how many people they do this to and keep our money until they decide to use it. They are creating a revenue stream. They should not be allowed to have a business in the United States. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau and to my states attorney general. I will write about them in every place I can. People need to be warned. I will never purchase an HP product again.

Avoid HP!!! 2 printers they remotely disabled!!!

As if HP needs more 1 *! Please Trustpilot introduce a 0* or better still a negative scale. I chased HP ink service for months to say I was not getting ink despite them still charging me..so I cancelled the DD hoping they’d contact me..they did..6 months later. I spoke with an understanding lady that understood the problem (no refund for 12m +, but happy to get rid of them..) now it’s started again! Printer disabled and the change you payment details emails again. I’ll go to curry’s where I bought both printers and create a scene and make sure that they know HP are crap at CS…printers are good but DO NOT EVER SUB THE INK SERVICE! It doesn’t work and once sub’s they’ll control your printer and prevent you using it! And to think I wasted money buying HP cartridges all that time -wish I’d not. Really really rubbish service from HP-avoid at all costs. NEGATIVE STARS

Worst products and even worse customer…

Worst products and even worse customer service. I subscribed to all in one printer and received a defective printer. Finding it impossible to get a replacement. Three chat sessions and one phone call and no help whatsoever.
Update, just got off the phone with another agent at HP after three more. I cancelled my plan and am returning the defective printer.

Don't buy an HP laptop !

HP introduced an annoying caps lock pop-up alert to its keyboard operating system, but there is no way to turn it off. Every time you press caps lock an annoying watermark pops up in the centre of your screen for a couple of seconds. An IT man I know says customers have been complaining about this for a year, but it has refused to sort a fix to turn it off. Very poor company.

The worst cutormer service and product is HP

Truly dissatisfied with the printer and the customer service. This has been a two year delay to service my printer and every time it takes 2 hours of runaround. When I contact the chat service they ask me to perform all sorts of surgery on the device and I have no idea what is happening. Then I call the HP number on the 1 800 line and then it connects to the Philippines and they just tell me they cannot help me she wants to me to do more troubleshooting. I ask for help and then it takes 2 hours to tell me they cannot help me at all. To date I have spent $700 dollars on ink and product.

I had to replace my printer and they said it would be shipped by march 12,2026. The status said it’s pending still and we need the printer. It’s such a shame. Now they are telling me that I’ll get a tracking number in the next 4 to 5 business days!!! I’m not happy with the lies and the fake promises the agents gave!!! HP do better!!!

The truth about HP's customer service.

HP damaged up my PC twice and sent it back being a fire hazard. They refuse an upgraded because they said that my PC is modified. Modified or not, they took it in twice and damaged it further. Case Manager Rich said that he does not have to listen or take any demands from the attorney general as they do not have the final say and saying that they are not his bosses. Rich, Steven, and people from HP are still trying to downgrade me which is going against their own contract. HP harasses a student and keeps archiving a case involving a fire hazard. Case Manager Rich and Supervisor Steven are very self-entitled and needs a reality check. Supervisor Luis said that his team was currently searching for my requested PC which is the HP Pavilion 15-eg0010nr. Supervisor Luis said that he will not look at the notes and my emails stating state laws about negligence. He said that he will not fulfill Luis's promise of approving my upgraded PC.

HP Printers dysfunctional

I do not know if this company can help anymore.I am so frustrated. My printer from h p has never really worked well online and constantly disconnects. It is almost impossible to get human help for printer issues. That are not being able to be corrected by a I o the app's instructions. Probably is one of the most difficult of all printers to use and would highly recommend people not get an h p.Printer. Good luck to you trying to get a hold of somebody to help you.

HP Printers

Series 2800e. Avoid like the plague. This is the worst printer that I have ever had.
Ink goes VERY quickly. If one cartridge is "empty: it's not! Will not allow to print on 1 cartridge in Greyscale. HP " service" is pathetic. Just avoid the issue and want you to sign up for a never ending ink supply.
Unfortunately this HP will go in the dump as should the whole company. Shame, shame , shame 🫠 😞 😔

I purchased a HP Laptop from Sam's Club…

I purchased a HP Laptop from Sam's Club that included a 2 year ADP warranty. When I tried to register the laptop on their site it couldn't find any of the information (serial number, model number). Did a online chat that ended with me requesting a phone call. The call would be done only after giving them my credit card number and signing up at $65/month fee. All they want to do is sell their customer something instead of helping them. HP customer support SUCKS.

Reminds me of Adolf Hilter

I bought an HP printer. I paid for it. It’s mine.

Now HP has pushed software that literally stops the printer from working if you use a different brand of ink cartridge. So they’re basically reaching into hardware I already paid for and disabling it unless I buy their overpriced ink.

That’s not “innovation.” That’s anti-consumer nonsense.

If a company can remotely cripple a product you already bought just because you didn’t buy their ink, that’s a serious problem.

I have loads of followers and I will spread the message that you are an authoritarian dictatorship style company using tactics to infringe on human rights.. a right to privacy.

I won’t be buying HP again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about it.

Their service is absolute garbage

Their service is absolute garbage and they refuse to do anything coming up with awful and stupid excuses to avoid honoring warranties, I would recommend you don't but their products as if you have any problems with their products instead of trying to help they will just say it's your fault and send you away.

DON’T DO AS I DID ..

.. and not investigate more before joining HP - Total rip off company.
Installing a printer is tricky using just a small phone screen and in your rush to get it right it is easy to be mislead and sign up for the rip off INSTANT INK and HP+, which then locks you and the printer in to HP.
Removing it is impossible, as is deleting a payment method!
HAVING THIS MUCH CONTROL MUST SURELY BE ILLEGAL, IF NOT, IT SHOULD BE MADE SO.
HP should make APP customer friendly, rather than total benefit to them!!!

I don't agree with instant ink what so ever. Sorry but not sorry. Joined August 2025. Only every received welcome ink cartridges and nothing more...same ink for what 7 months and being charged monthly. Waste of money. Better buying ink outright. And staff not helpful. Wanted to raise complaint and agent wasnt helpful and kept fighting back then told me it's closing hours and wouldnt talk anymore.

I purchased a laptop in August 2025 for…

I purchased a laptop in August 2025 for my daughter who was starting university in the September. The laptop stopped working in February 2026 and we reported it and the laptop was collected on 2nd February to be returned within 10-15 days. Not ideal for a student who needs their laptop. We have chased up the return on many occasions and this has been escalated three times. Excuses include waiting for parts. Today we chased again and and the third escalation was made and we were told we would hear back within two days. This really is not good enough, my daughter has had no laptop for over a month and still no confirmation of a delivery. Surely the laptop should have been replaced!!
