The first battery received lasted about 2 weeks. It started losing it charge very quickly, in the end wouldn't even charge. A replacement battery was sent which lasted about 5 months. The second battery will charge to 100%, but when unplugged from the charger loses 1% every second that the laptop is being used. I've emailed them twice but they don't answer my emails. The battery wasn't the cheapest one that I'd seen advertised, but was less than an original HP battery. On hindsight I should have bought an original. 2nd battery removed from laptop now, both batteries supplied by this company have expanded cells, which I am told by an expert can be dangerous.

This is a great company very helpful and very reliable.I needed a replacement battery for my HP PAVILION DV7 the website is well designed and was able to find the correct battery which arrived in two days very well packaged with clear and concise instructions with safety in mind and install instructions. this company is amazing!! the battery works and fits perfectly, and it was packaged really securely so nothing was lost/damaged on the way. shipping was also super fast, I couldn't recommend them enough honestly, 5*

Looks like it's working just right, it was easy to swap and I appreciate the included tools (though I didn't need them)
One gripe though is that the connector was wired backwards, good thing I checked the wire colours before plugging it in!

Ordered battery for my HP envy laptop, price was better than most, arrived well packed, now I don’t have to keep power supply plugged in! Will have no hesitation in using this company again & recommending them to anyone else.

Bought a battery for my HP Envy 360x. The delivery was actually faster than advised, but what I really loved was that the battery was well packed and came with proper tools in order to open the laptop. I was seriously impressed and would definitely order again from this company!

Exactly what I had ordered which arrived much quicker than I had expected. Easy to fit, and so combined with the timely delivery, my laptop was back up and running sooner than expected. Very happy!

It was great to find an exact replacement as there are soooo many variations, even within HP laptops.
The voltage (11V) was lower than the original (14.7V), but the amphour capacity was larger.
Came semi-charged. Battery care instructions are vague and unhelpful.
The main thing is that it can drive the laptop and last several hours once acclimatised (several charge/discharge cycles).

Super easy website to understand. I needed a new battery for my HP laptop. It was not on the list. I typed my lap top model number in the search bar and a battery that was combatable came up.

I wasn't sure about it, so contacted customer service.
They came back to me really quickly and were able to confirm that the battery was indeed combatable with my laptop.

It arrived within a week. It does come with two mini screw drivers and a guitar pick to help unclip the laptop.

I have now installed the new battery. It is charging. whoop whoop!
