Short life

The new battery worked fine for less than 6 months but now no longer holds its charge. If I leave it unused for 4 or 5 days the battery has dropped from 50% or more to virtually nil; typically I then have to connect power to even switch it on.

Replacement Battery

Ordering of replacement battery was quite easy and quick delivery.Fitting of the battery didn't take long and the tools supplied were a nice touch.Would use this company again.Just a thought the name of the shipping company is Evri not Hermes.

A good buying experience

For a start this website was one of very few that stocked the battery I wanted. The website gave me all the information I needed to be sure that it was the right battery. The ordering was easy and the price reasonable. To cap it all the delivery was swift.

Most importantly the battery is installed and working.

I'm very happy with them and would definitely use them again.

Communication all the way was great

Communication all the way was great, I do not mind waiting on items as long as I can track and the company keep in touch.
Would highly recommend the battery was well packed and arrived as expected. It also had some screw drivers to assist in the replacing...nice touch

I ordered a replacement battery for my HP Envy x360 laptop, it arrived quickly and well packed.
Installation was straight forward and the battery fitted exactly.
Laptop now fully charged and working as it should. Very good customer service.

All good but check polarisation when fitting

All good regarding the battery and delivery. I used it on an HP Spectre laptop. The connector required a 180 degree twist to get the white wire to the outer edge of the battery and the yellow wire to the middle. It works the other way round but does not charge - indication of fitting with wrong polarisation is battery symbol missing from screen or present with a 'X' in its centre.
