Delighted with my purchase. The packaging was excellent and the company even supplied two small screwdrivers to help with the installation. Overall very pleased with the service.

I was very concerned over buying a battery from the market place, as without exception they are all made in China and various websites were offering different capacity batteries as replacements.
The Battery arrived within the 3 days indicated, it was the exact same size, and fitting as the original HP unit. The capacity kWh and mAh stated were as the original and was immediately recognised by the lap top. Battery life is back to 'as new' The only criticism is that instructions on initial charging etc were in the website and not that clear.

COMPUTER BATTERY REPLACEMENT

From my computer flashing a warning, during October 2023, that the battery needed replacing it was only a matter of days before I had sourced and received a new battery, at a very competitive price, from Hplaptopbattery.
Their service was excellent and my computer restored to good health.

I was slightly concerned about ordering from this company having read some of the negative reviews. However I need not have worried. The battery I ordered for my laptop arrived within 36 hours of ordering and fits perfectly. Also impressed with the small screwdriver provided which is usefully magnetised minimising the chances of dropping/losing the small battery retaining screws. Laptop working perfectly now. Very impressed.

Ordered laptop battery with 3-5 day delivery from this company that states it is based in Leicester. It never arrived. The delivery status at courier Evri said they had the package but not where it was. Then the Evri status changed to 'Delivery postponed'. The retailer suggested I make enquiries with the courier, I declined as they were the customer of the courier not me. The retailer said they would investigate. Presumably they didn't as 2+ weeks later I had to chase them for an update. Their e-mails were mostly time-stamped 4-6am, and were signed in a Chinese name. You join the dots, they're not in the UK and are misrepresenting their offering. p.s. If you do try ordering from them, I'd strongly suggest using a means (bank card?) where you have a simple right to reclaim your funds if/when things go wrong.

Initially ordered a bigger powered battery for my laptop thinking it would fit but got an email from customer service advising me to double check my laptop model as there were 2 completely different battery parts. Sure enough, I had ordered the wrong one & HPlaptopbattery immediately amended my order and sent me the correct one. Very efficient & excellent service. Highly recommend.
