First Class Service
Picked up my Audi A5 about a week ago which was the 3rd car I have purchased from the Atherton branch of HPL.
Elad was the salesman that sold me the car but I also had dealings with Andrew and Martyn. I test drove a few cars but ended up with the Audi which was exactly the type of car I was looking for. I was advised to also take out a warranty which I did and now I am so glad I did as I now have no worries should anything go wrong with the car and so it gives me complete peace of mind. The whole process went really smoothly and nothing was too much trouble for them. So I would definitely recommend anyone who is after a good quality used car at a great price to check out HPL.

Where do I even start? back in August 2021, I was in contact with HPL Atherton, Specifically Elad Shilco. He was quick to reply to phone calls and emails when I was in the position to buy a car but nothing after that.
I noticed in Nov / Dec a bad water leak completely soaking my entire front and back carpet. I contacted Elad to see if they could help, no response. So I decided to go with a private garage. after hundreds of pounds spent and the car is still not fixed they have still not replied to my emails. the garage thinks it's been there since the car was built in 2017 and they did a good job hiding it by selling it in summer when there was no rain.
just a heads up to anyone looking at buying a car from HPL. Don't.
