i wish i can honestly rate it negative 1 million, ive never been so INFURIATED with a piece of machine my entire life!!!! why have you put a printer behind a pay wall?!?!?!?! it's never printed correctly, it prints 10 out of 15 pages and im left wondering why? and it never connects properly too!!!
HP makes the worst printers on the…
HP makes the worst printers on the market. I will never buy one again. They have rendered my printer useless. I was in their auto print cartridge program, then didn't need it anymore. I unenrolled in the program and now I can't use my printer... I've even tried to re-enroll in the program, but it still won't work. Their own customer service and techs cannot figure out how to make it work again even though it turns on and has the correct ink. They have rendered their own equipment useless due to their own software problems. Such a waste of money!!!
Unable to connect via wifi or vis ethernet cable…
UNable to connect via wifi and the ethernet port would not hold an ethernet cable without a paper clip holding it in ! But despite ethernet cable connection it would only print intermittently. When the ethernet cable is plugged in the wifi connection is turned off according to the technical support person. After about 45 minutes of trying various combinations of button pushing, the HP technician agreed that it was not working correctly. I would not recommend another HP printer.
N.B. This was our second recent HP printer in 6 weeks, the first was doing much the same.
The old HP 5000 series worked for 10+ years without problems until the teeth fell off some of its plastic cog wheels! It also developed a tendency to leak black ink latterly
Their printers are scam
Their printers are scam. You have to pay to print and each page counts. Even printing with your printer at own home you pay per page with your own papers. It has a lot of bugs and extremely annoying with the subscription as if you do not pay on time you will not be able to print and will waste a good time trying to figure out whats wrong. They basically are asking you to pay them monthly fee for free because they want + additional fee for the number of pages you print with your own printer.
HP Sales..is there such a thing?
I was interested in buying an Envy laptop but wanted to discuss some details with a sales person before purchase. However in normal working hours I first tried phoning and used their ring back facility as the lines were apparently busy. After 2 hours no call back so phoned instead and held the line for over 30 mins and I gave up. Sent an email and still haven't heard back after 3 days. If this is the quality of their sales dept it doesn't bode well for any future support I might need....needless to say I won't be buying from HP!
Another 1* vote for HP
Another 1* vote for HP. One star is too much. I’ve been tricked into buying a couple of their Printeze that seemed good and they were absolute rubbish. Both are thrown away within one month. I also had a HP laptop that would only turn on whenever it felt like it. I’ve added HP to my blacklist. I will never ever buy another HP product ever again. Avoid avoid avoid.!!!
Two printers broke down for 3 years
Two printers for 3 years, both stoped working with the same issue saying can't connect to the network and unusable. Dont buy HP. Its not ecological to throw away scuh equipment each year because their software or system fails. Unaceptable.

I cancelled my instant ink subscription and now I can't use my printer anymore. I bought separate ink hp cartridges and it doesn't work anymore.
Poor Customer Service
I had called customer support three times back to back and every time I get someone who has lots of background noise (dog barking) to various other noise. The voice quality starts to fail within a minute of talking due to calls are routed to a different country (India).

Be careful when registering your printer ..i didnt realise i had ticked a box to say i would only use HP cartridges ..totally misleading marketing ..this option should be removed ..now the printer is no good to me unless i buy HP expensive cartridges..customer services appauling ..no help unless i buy their cartridges
Second HP printer at home
Second HP printer at home, the first one was utterly useless, could never connect wireless too it and kept running out of ink, needed something quickly as could to replace it and bought a smarttank, well guess what, bloody awful thing, first one it would not recognise its own printer head, that you have to fit yourself (joke) so took it back and now have a replacement, cant get beyond the riddiculous software, the phone app (wrelessly) another joke, even though youve got all the ink bottles in is still telling me to do all sorts and wont let me get enywhere near to actual printing. HP used to be a solid brand, they're diabolical now. I give up with them their printers are 100 per cent useless
Worst Customer Service - Hp Printers (AVOID)
I am writing this feedback as an extremely disappointed customer. For the last five months, I have been trying to get my issue resolved, but HP’s support has been nothing short of frustrating and unacceptable.
I have contacted sales, post-sales, and technical teams through phone calls, live chat, and multiple emails. Every single time, instead of taking responsibility, your agents have simply pushed the matter to another department. I have been given different phone numbers, many of which are non-functional or lead me back into the same endless loop of unhelpful transfers.
Not a single representative has taken ownership of my case. This has resulted in a complete failure on HP’s part to deliver even the most basic standard of customer service. For a brand of HP’s reputation, this is both shocking and deeply disappointing.
After months of wasted time and effort, I still have no resolution. The lack of accountability, ineffective communication, and repeated misdirection has completely eroded my trust in HP.

Hp product especially printers are the worse piece of shit going, so don't ever think about buying one, if you do you'll regret it big time.
HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e scan fault and defective replacement
I am writing regarding the replacement printer I received today, the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e.
The original unit was replaced because of two critical and unresolved faults:
1. When scanning a two-page document from the top glass, the output is sent to the laptop as two separate files instead of a single front-and-back file. This issue does not occur when scanning through the document feeder or when using the HP Scan software directly on a laptop.
2. After scanning from the top glass, it takes an average of 5 minutes before the scanned file reaches the laptop, regardless of which laptop is used.
These faults do not occur when I scan through the document feeder or when I use the HP Scan software on a laptop. This isolates the problem to top glass scanning on this model.
Today, I spent nearly three hours with Gane from HP Technical Support, repeating tests on multiple laptops. Unfortunately, the same problems persist. This strongly suggests the issue is specific to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e model, as my previous HP OfficeJet Pro 8630 handled these tasks without any difficulty.
I must also highlight that the replacement printer does not appear to be brand new. The device contained another customer’s email address (Melissa.***@yahoo.com) in its saved memory, indicating it was previously used or refurbished before being shipped to me. Sending a refurbished device as a warranty replacement without disclosure is unacceptable.
Additionally, I continue to face difficulty reaching Mr. Deva, HP Consumer Escalations Case Manager who is assigned to this case. The number provided (1-866-780-6066) consistently disconnects when I attempt to enter the extension. I have reported this issue multiple times, yet the same nonfunctional contact number continues to be shared with customers.
Regrettably, this has been my most disappointing experience with an HP product. My HP OfficeJet Pro 8630 served me reliably for almost 11 years, but the 9125e has left me questioning HP’s quality and customer care. To worsen matters, HP has declined my request to exchange this flawed model for a higher-tier printer, even with my willingness to pay the price difference.
I am therefore making one final and firm request:
• Replace the HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e with a different, higher-grade model. I am willing to pay the price difference.
This is the only acceptable solution. Providing another 9125e, refurbished or otherwise, is not an option.
DO NOT BUT HP DESK JET 2810E
What went wrong fist thing you ask well was buying the HP Desk jet to 1810e printer and scanner my god what a load of Cr__p well over priced dose not connect to half the stuff ,the printing of stuff very very poor will cost you £££ of pounds in ink try and put a complaint the company must be that bad that you can not even email and complane winder why ,worst printer i have ever got HP Desk jet 2810e
Absolute nightmare
I gave one star only because there is no option to give a zero star
The worst printer and worst customer service anyone could ever have - unimaginable nightmare of a printer - they say it is a straight forward wireless internet connection but it is anything but straightforward - a total nightmare and the customer service is even worse - you rely on chatting to a useless dumb machine - try it if you fancy giving yourself a permanent unresolveable headache. Oh and not forgetting the ink plan that you can never get out off once you sign up to it - you pay monthly for the ink cartridges whether you use the printer or not plus if you print more than ten pages by one you pay for another ten and if you stop paying they lock your printer so it is a useless machine and a space waster dumb. You cannot cancel your contract if you decide to buy your own ink because the machine will not function -
The worst thing is the internet connection - if your internet gets disconnected for any reason, even for a power cut or change your modem, or God forbid change your supplier, the printer gets locked on offline mode and no amount of resetting will work - they want you to talk to customer services who most of the time are non existent or f****** useless.
Add to that a company that is not ethical by any means.
Will never use again and a perfectly almost new printer is going to the bin
2800 E series printer for…
I purchased a 2800 E series printer for $50. Took me two hours to get the Wi-Fi direct function to work. (I have no network to access). Instructions were difficult to find and it was a royal pain in the ass.
Never in the realm of human experience…
Never in the realm of human experience have i ever encountered what I suspect is the most atrociously awful software.
The entire HP computer system development 'team' should be sacked without ceremony. Fancy gadgetry frills that don't work, are icing on the crappy cake that will never satisfy.
I shall never buy an HP printer again
false advertising, isn't compatible with my laptop after just one year
Bought a printer a year ago, which worked sort of for a year, then I am told it is no longer compatible with my chromebook, which it was when i bought it. Tough luck to me, they told me to print from an app on my phone! Its impossible when printing parts of complex documents to see the pages clearly on my phone so not really a solution. Its wrong advertising to sell me a printer that works with something and then suddenly it doesn't just a year later. I would avoid this company I will never buy anything from them again
