Great custumer care
I purchased a 2700 luggage online but as I received it I realized that my equipment was too heavy and that I should have purchased the wheel version instead. I returned the item with no fuss and no issues while customer care looked after me as I kept changing the shipping address due to travel disruptions due to the particular covid situation: people at HPRC understood the problem and were willing to help, and I received the 2700W within days and in time for the assigned job.
The luggage itself is sturdy and of good quality, as all HPRC products I already own. I know this luggage as well will stand several travels keeping my equipment safe.
