Scam beware!!! At first when you do booking for them they will ask you to deposit a lil money with the promises that when you finish your booking tour you could withdrawn your money plus commission back out. Over time they will start asking for even bigger amount while you do your booking and once the amount is too big you couldn’t possibly deposit, all your money you have deposited earlier will be held on the platform and they won’t give it back to you. Pls be aware that this is a scam run by a group of people posed as employees just like you. Theses people in this group would tell you to just deposit and by the end the platform would give back your money but the thing is the platform at a point will ask yo7 to deposit a very big amount of money. If you don’t deposit this amount, you will lose everything you deposited earlier on the platform. I lost 10k

Incredible, due to Covid 19 in 2020, our bookings were cancelled through HotelsPro (now hprotravel). We received several mails promising us, that our deposit will be transferred to our credit card. Nearly 2 years later, we still have not received our money and NO ONE is answering our mails. This is a disgrace and as a big TUI Agency, we recommend that no one should start a partnership with them. This is the biggest RIP OFF I have ever experienced in my 23 years in the tourism branch. But, we have great international lawyers who are starting an enormous file on them.

HPro is just HotelsPro "rebranded". They claim that only IT solution is taken over but not financial obligations from the previous company. In such way they left hundreds of agents agencies without their deposits! The company MetGlobal i.e., their founder and owner Metin Altun is behind all these operations and scams. Just avoid any business with any company related to them!

hprotravel is renamed by hotelspro and they stole millions of dollars from business partners and customers who booked hotels. No way you can reach someone and they just ignoring you. If you will contact hotelspro employees, they will tell you that now they are working at hprotravel. These employees keep lying before that hotelspro will resume business and your money will be refunded but at the end no money and just thieves rebranding to new company hprotravel. I can prove each my statements if needed by emails and receipts.
