SCAM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Bought a code for a game which was "ROW". Said it would NOT work in places like Ukraine, China, UAE etc, it did NOT mention the United Kingdom. When I go to redeem the code it says that it cannot be activated in my region. Absolute scam. AVOID!

Scaming people taken to art level
Usual scam methods. After receiving duplicated key that I try to use I have contacted the support and they have asked for ridiculous amounts of screenshots all unedited(?) with the dates in the screenshot (key itself, date of purchase, even communication with steam support when the key was claimed by someone else). Until the screenshots where not provided they have been ultra fast providing the responses but once all of the snippets were given they asked for patience/time and now they are silent. Highly do not recommend.

ESET Internet Security key not working
I bought an ESET Internet Security key from HRK. The key did not work and when I contacted support, they refused my complaint with a generic response saying “the key has already been used”.
That is exactly the problem – the key was clearly overused / previously activated, yet they claim it’s my fault and provide no real proof, no solution, no replacement, no refund.
This feels like a classic scam practice: sell already-used keys and then deny responsibility when the customer reports it. Customer support was completely unhelpful and just closed the case.
I strongly do not recommend HRK. Buy your software elsewhere if you don’t want to risk losing your money.

Failing to deliver games and requesting ID
I placed a $4 order, the payment went through, and then they placed a hold on my account and are requesting identification.
Not to mention, in the past I ordered a game, and then they didn't deliver the game for 3-4 months because they sold a game that was out of stock. They didn't even bother to reach out to me once the game was back in stock so they could deliver my order.
