Mr Jawad Mahmood was my solicitor for a property I purchased at auction. We only had 28 days to complete the sale , and Mr Mahmood was very helpful throughout the process, and achieved the sale within the deadline, all for a very reasonable price . I will be choosing this solicitor to be working for me again in the future. Thank you very much .

The experience was very good. Although there were a couple of errors that needed to be sorted out due to the short time as the sale was time-limited. The errors were promptly corrected.

I have been trying to purchase a house using this firm for the past 3 months now it is a cash purchase and up to today I am still no closer to exchange or complete the purchase my solicitor is Mr Jawad Mahmood he is the most incompetent conveyancer I ever use to purchase a property and I have bought several property's stay away from this firm all the negative comments is a 100% true no urgency In tracing things no in doing anything at all at this point I am sure they don't know what they are doing.

The work progressed systematically. Communication via email with the firm was efficient. However I believe it is vital to have a few phone calls too throughout the process so that the client is relatively assured that the firm is a genuine firm.

They were great. communication over phone was great. Phone was a bit not upto expectation as most times will not be able to speak to assigned solicitor, but overall it was good experience.

Dealt with JM for my house purchase starting in July 24. Never spoke to JM despite numerous complaints and requests. Got my updates from my sellers solicitors as I never got updates. They only do the chases and their job when they are being threatened with escalation. They ask for upfront payment. I was getting a £250 cash back from my mortgage company. Remembered this, 5 mths after completion and they said it had been sent to my solicitors. I had to chase them for the reimbursement. They do not do anything unless you chase them. They do not work on your behalf. 9 mths after I have moved in the property, I am still chasing the solicitors to register my house. Do not use these.

Company very professional. Good with comebacks to queries. A little moe correspondence throughout the process would be much appreciated. Very reasonably priced.
