Received dangerous faulty heated throw…

Received dangerous faulty heated throw which after electrical burning smell stopped working after just two weeks, I was promised a replacement which never appeared, contacted again same "BS" of replacement will be sent, I was continuously fobbed off until 30 days after purchase date and return date window, then told to claim directly with Amazon instead who are just as useless... What a scam company, the worst customer service I have ever encountered... You should be ashamed of taking people's hard earned money for your poor quality crap.

Order not confirmed by delivery date!

Ordered from them via Amazon but after a week, and on the day of supposed delivery, they had still failed to confirm the order. When contacted via Amazon the response was an auto reply saying the place was closed! That is not customer service!

Non delivery of product

Well I wish I had read this before I tried to purchase a deep fat fryer... I am still waiting for it although they are saying it was delivered. I have requested evidence to prove that it was, as it was delivered to my work. Nada, nothing just ignored.. so they have the deep fat fryer and my £40... they say it was delivered on the 1st Oct...

Customer service is non existant

Stay away, do 't touch with a barge pole

Scam company

Ordered thru amazon, product never arrived, they kept blaming the delivery company, wouldn't refund, the it arrived a week late just dumped on my doorstep. I had already purchased a different one and now their chosen courier won't take it back as its too heavy for them

No product sent.

No product sent and they are blaming the delivery company like everyone else is saying won’t give a refund purchased on eBay so hopefully I will get it back but what a scam if they are doing this on a massive scale their interest alone on having our money in their accounts for weeks on end must be making them a small fortune. Absolute scam avoid at all costs.

Wrong product multiple times!

Twice ordered a product on Amazon and twice was sent the wrong product (cheaper and inferior, unsurprisingly). They list no contact details themselves so simply had to report to Amazon that they appear to be fraudulently selling products.

Would recommend

Used to work here - the guys are brand new and anything I've ever ordered has been dispatched quickly and arrived without an issue.

I've had multiple items from them and they rigorously test all products to maintain quality across the board.

I would genuinely recommend them as they are a company run by real people - that care about what they sell.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

HSI Global are a perfect example of one of those companies with zero customer service & zero intention of improving. Getting them to refund your money is like pulling teeth! They don’t reply to some messages (I messaged twice asking if they did free returns, no reply!) & they make returning items for refund as difficult & unpleasant as possible, charging the customer for (randomly) overpriced p&p! Horrible experience. Do not trust this company!!!

Useless.

On Tuesday 18th June I asked Livovo where one of their products was made and was sent an automated reply that they aimed to be in touch in a 24 hour working period. Nothing! On Friday I again attempted to find out where product was made, same automated message.
It is now the 27th and I have given up waiting and will source from elsewhere. They do keep sending adverts for their company, do they seriously think I would buy from them?

Awful seller, poor quality items!

We bought a Livivo bookshelf, one of the tiered types that have material inserts for our son. It arrived on 3rd Jan 2024 and by the beginning of April (so after 3 months of use) it was unusable as all of the material inserts had come apart along the seams so the books just fell straight through. I contacted HSI global to request either a refund or a replacement product and they simply stated that as it is not an electrical item it only has a 90 day warranty and therefore they cannot help me. Awful seller, poor customer service and an awful, poor quality item!

Worst company ever don't use, you won't get your item

I Ordered a rotary line with this company through Amazon,
1 week later it still has not arrived,! I thought Amazon were delivering it,!!
It was suppose to arrive 8th April 2024
It is now suppose to arrive tomorrow the 12/04. But Evri has not collected yet as only been advised, I bought this as a present, sheer waste of time, I told Amazon I want to cancel the order to buy elsewhere and this company have not cancelled they have emailed me return details, to be returned today the 11th the latest when they haven't
even posted it out yet, I have complained and complained and have got no where, contacting Trading standards and my bank

They cancelled my order after I asked them where it is (as it was already delayed)

I wish I checked the google and trust pilot reviews before buying from them on eBay. Meant to receive an item within 24h of the order date. The next day after ETA I’ve messaged them asking where is my item. 1,5 days later I received a reply saying that it was out of stock and they will issue me a refund! The listing is clearly showing more than 10 items in stock. Needed the item urgently. Not impressed with the business. If I was told this straight after making an order I would have saved waiting nearly 4 days for the order that they decided to cancel.

Shocking lack of customer service

Shocking lack of customer service! I ordered a fire pit for my son-in-law‘s birthday and it was meant to arrive in plenty of time.
It was delayed by three days and when it arrived was badly damaged.
I contacted the company and asked them several times if they could provide replacement, they ignored this question 4 times until eventually replying.
Not once, did they apologise for all the inconvenience, the late delivery and the damage, they just seemed like they couldn’t care less. Will never ever use them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Excellent customer service

My daughter bought me a Livivo heated over blanket for a Xmas present. I absolutely love it and it has saved me putting the heating on more than I can afford.
It has suddenly stopped working. No idea why. However my daughter contacted you and before she had time to download the photos to send to you.
Your immediate response was you would send out a new one ASAP.
Such a fantastic customer service to be highly recommended. Also a wonderful product.
Thank you for everything.
