HSL Chairs - Brierley Hill Reviews 

We entered the store and were greeted by Bev who spent about 1 and a half hours explaining the different models, fabrics etc. Just after we'd bought one and the paperwork was being printed, we decided to buy a second one.Humaira came over and rejiggled the paperwork so that both chairs were on one order.
Normally after 10 minutes in a store and I've had but the time seemed to fly by I can recommend the Brierly Hill store to anyone.

Great customer service- from initial visit to store we were made welcome with no pressure to buy - spent time trying out various chairs Bev was very helpful & has kept me fully informed with my order.Delivered today 13 Oct as promised.Carl & Lee were friendly & professional & early which is always a bonus.

first off a cordial welcome by bev, (suprised that we knew what we wanted,) having been there previously a few months before. bev could not have been more helpfull and patient, so we found a grande chair that turned out to be ideal for him and a good price. well done bev, (cracking wench).

Visited Brierley Hill showroom,and was greeted by Beverley.she was patient and understanding of my needs.
Myself and friend were offered a drink,which we accepted,whilst I chose the chair and fabric.
I also ordered a second chair for my sunroom,as I will soon be recovering from surgery,and a change of room will be welcome.
Beverley and her colleague were very helpful and kind.
I will be going back to the showroom in the near future to order a bed.

Visited the Brierley Hill branch this morning and were met with friendly, enthusiastic staff. Beverly took time to talk us through Stressless chairs options. Coffee and biscuits provided as we sat to ponder our choice. We were made to feel welcome and weren't rushed with anything. We also were shown a variety of settees and colours to chose from. Due to the welcoming atmosphere, time taken by Beverly to explain everything including offers, we made a purchase of a Stressless chair with stool and a 2 seater settee. Excellent example of customer service. Thank you

This is our first experience with HSL. The company was highly recommended by a friend. The whole experience was excellent from the moment we entered the store at merry hill in Dudley. We were looked after & nothing was too much trouble. Alex & Kieran our delivery guys were amazing too. They delivered the chair with care, respected our home & thoroughly went through everything with our 86 year old mum. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Popped in as I'm interested in buying a Stressless power chair. I was immediately greeted by Dani who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She was very professional and courteous, explaining everything I wanted to know in a patient manner. I then looked at the Nicoletti range as appeared to offer excellent value for the quality Italian leather. Dani again was excellent and Hannah provided some additional information which was very helpful.
Overall, both comfort specialists were very knowledgeable about the products, non pushy to sell and offered an overall exceptional customer experience.

Ordering was easy, not long to wait for delivery date/time and was kept in touch by Ian and Paul on day of delivery. Chairs were delivered nice and early and were assembled by Ian and Paul very quickly and efficiently and they were very helpful, polite, professional and courteous throughout. The experience couldn’t have been better.

Staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Humaira was attentive but gave us space and time to try the chairs and consider our options.

Delivery service was exceptional. Contacted to arrange a date. Text day before with approx times. Phone call about 30 mins before. Ian and Paul arrived on time. We're polite, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with Suite and delivery. Would definitely recommend HSL. The shop at MerryHill were brilliant too when picking and ordering. Nothing was too much trouble. They were also polite, friendly and extremely helpful.

I ordered a new adjustable bed in March from the Brierley Hill branch. Staff were lovely and friendly and very knowledgeable about the company’s products.
Spent a couple of hours in the showroom and had a lovely cup of tea with some biscuits!
Delivery time was 8 - 10 weeks.
And sure enough my bed was delivered by Ian and Paul on 19th May. Two great guys who were thoughtful and mindful of bringing furniture into the house and not scratching the door frames etc. they were very quick in assembling the bed, took the rubbish away and showed me how to use the remote. Very happy with HSL. But disappointed with the CLearbee company that’s takes old furniture away (ie, old bed) as I was advised they would come at least an hour before the delivery which was 10.30am. They turned up at 4pm. Ian and Paul had to take it out and put it in the front garden!! It didn’t give us much time to clean before the new bed arrived and I felt sorry for the guys having to do that as well as bring my new bed in. I have also bought a reclining chair and a sofa and now my bed. Excellent service. Thank you.
