Probably the best customer service from shop to delivery I have had for a very long time . It was refreshing to see that they truly care and deliver .

We went to the Dewsbury shop yesterday. This was recommended by a friend. We needed a bed for my husband who has Parkinsons. Charlotte couldn't have been more personable and very helpful. She listened to his needs and helped him. Other staff were pleasant. No pressure to buy which was nice. We did buy the bed . Really pleased with service and quality.

I was made very welcome by the two members of staff at the Dewsbury branch. I enquired about the Stressless range of reclining chairs and Debra patiently explained the models available, the types of leather covering and their range of adjustment. After my first visit, I said that I would consider my options and I returned several weeks later to place an order. No stress was made at either time and tea and biscuits were provided. The delivery arrived a few months later as promised, when Sean and Alex were both very friendly and competent carrying the chair up to my first floor lounge and disposing of the packaging.

We visited HSL Dewsbury looking for a chair for my elderly mum, and from the moment we walked through the door, Debs was absolutely wonderful.

She immediately understood Mum's mobility needs and gently guided her towards the chairs that would suit her best. There was no pressure at all, just plenty of patience, kindness and genuine care. Mum was delighted to discover she was an Extra Petite size, and Debs helped her find the perfect riser recliner. Seeing Mum so pleased with her choice was lovely.

The whole experience felt relaxed and welcoming. We had tea with a fantastic selection of biscuits! We ended up chatting for ages, and Debs made Mum feel completely at ease throughout.

Mum was rather dreading going furniture hunting, but Debs turned it into a genuinely enjoyable afternoon. Her knowledge, patience and warm personality made all the difference.

A huge thank you to Debs and everyone at HSL Dewsbury for such excellent customer service. We left having ordered the perfect chair and a very happy mum. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend HSL.

We recently visited HSL, Dewsbury to purchase a chair. We were looked after by Diane and Charlotte who were both very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They made us feel at home from the outset. They were a pleasure to deal with; hopefully the rest of the HSL experience will be as positive.

Thorough responses to my questions, ability to check the various alternative types and styles available, all in the relaxed environment of the Dewsbury showroom. And as expected a quality, locally manufactured product that I'm looking forward to enjoying when it's delivered in September.

Excellent service from Debs at the Dewsbury store. She took time to make sure my mum got the right chair for her. She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very patient. She wasn’t pushy and took the time to make sure my mum felt she could make an informed decision not only on the right fit but fabric, arm caps etc.
We also found the selection of styles of matching furniture and fabrics very comprehensive and stylish.
My mum is looking forward to her new chair and matching furniture arriving.

I wouldn't describe the experience as "great" like I would describe 2 weeks in the Scottish Highlands as great. However, the issue that I had with my 13 year old HSL recliner chair was sorted by a very pleasant-sounding lady on the other end of the telephone with the result that I received a replacement hand control within a couple of days. The service could not have been any better which is why I awarded it 5*

What a great experience for my elderly parents. Debbie & Billy did a home visit and made everything so relaxed for them. There was no pressure to buy,
2 new riser recliners ordered and 2 very happy parents.

Can not be beaten for customer service. I never felt rushed even after the amount of times I changed my mind. The staff are first class.

Been to the Dewsbury store four times now and every time the staff have been delightful. They are always there to welcome you with a friendly smile and word. They are very polite and help you to choose the item that best suits you needs. They go through everything carefully and you also get a drink and biscuit. The only difficulty is they have to ask you for money. 🤔 It is also nice to see that all the staff get on well with each other.

All round good knowledgeable staff and communication

The three members of staff we saw were very welcoming, had a wealth of knowledge about the products, demonstrated them very well, explaining as they ensured the product we were buying was the right one. Once chosen, the pricing and delivery times were expertly explained and any available discounts were investigated. Many thanks to Charlotte, who took the lead role in us choosing the riser/recliner we did.

A well set out showroom with car parking facilities on site, excellent sales staff.

Friendly service.Liz from the Dewsbury store was very helpful in choosing the right chair for my Mum.
They came out to Mums house as she is unable to go to a store and nothing was too much trouble.
