I purchased a chair from HSL and was delighted with the chair. I took my husband in to the shop to buy a chair.Once again the customer service was outstanding,Patricia .our Client consultation was so helpfuland did not pressurize us at all .We were given plenty of time to make our choice and Patricia helped guide us on the colour and choice of leather as well as advising on the best size of chair.
I highly recommend this company

Valentine & Eric arrived to show, demonstrate and advise on the best chair for my situation / condition. Nothing was too much trouble and their concern was clearly to make sure that I had the opportunity to choose the right chair at the right price. Also excellent order management when the material I had chosen was no longer immediately available and would add a further 12 weeks to my order. So with some assistance a different material was chosen that did not require a delay to the order. Great service.

Staff was knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. She was very professional and approachable, we were very impressed with the approach to our questions and the empathy shown. All in all a nice experience.

Valentine was on time and extremely courteous. He was very careful and respectful of my property. All of my questions were answered to the best of his ability. His knowledge of what he was showing me was very thorough. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars was because there seemed to be a little uncertainty as to when I could place my order.

Lydia and Patricia at Hedge End store were so kind, patient and helpful during our visit to purchase a new sofa. They answered our questions and explained everything clearly.

I'm on my third buy. So comfortable despite neck pain.

We liked that Germaine came to the door to welcome us and guided us to a chair that she anticipated would be a good fit for my husband. She clearly explained the features of the chair whilst also covering features of other ones. She also went through the various coverings available We did not feel pressured to make a decision and were left to ponder in peace. Germaine was knowledgable, patient and charming. We bought the chair on the spot.h

Both my husband and myself felt as though we really mattered to Brian the person that served us. There was no pressure to buy anything it was all about what our personal requirements were. I did notice that if another customer came into the showroom while we were being served one of the members of staff made sure that they felt they were important even if there was nobody to deal with them immediately. That sort of customer care is very important . Brian explained the 7 points that are important when choosing new furniture.
Hopefully the furniture we have chosen will fit our purposes. 10 out of 10 for your excellent service.

Two store staff, Lydia and Michael, provided a very good customer service (Hedge End).
E/gmails responses were not good.
Also, on the 12th February, I phoned and asked for fabric samples of two colours. I was warned that I would have to wait between three and five days. I'm still waiting...

We visited the store at Hedge End and were greeted by Beth who made us feel very relaxed and welcome. She suggested we look around at the various styles and ask any questions regarding the choice of chair. The whole process was very relaxed and we were under no pressure to purchase. Having made our choice of chair Beth talked us through the style, fabric etc. The whole process was excellent.

Friendly courteous and caring. They even allow dogs into the showroom and do not rush or pressure you. One very minor criticism. The delivery charge which is reasonable should be explained earlier.

Would like to thank Lydia in the Southampton branch for helping us to choose the right furniture for our needs.
We are both very pleased with our chairs and are happy to recommend this store.
The delivery men were also very good and very professional too.

The service was impeccable. Our individual needs were assessed and very helpful guidelines were offered when trying out individual chairs. Germaine spent a lot of time with us talking us through each type of chair until we found the one suitable for our needs. It is great that there is a place still available that you can buy really good quality furniture that is ergonomically sound. So much furniture today is very bad for posture and no thought is given to this on their designs. Well done HSL and Germaine .
