Martin and Jack arrived kept me informed.
Nice guys friendly and helpful .
Being disabled could not get settee out before collection of the old one.
They moved it into in hallway really helpful and avoided stress for us great service

Having ordered a 3 piece suite from the Southend branch, where the staff were excellent, it was delivered yesterday, very happy with the quality of the furniture and the manner in which it was delivered by Jack and Martin who coped with the restricted entrance.without complaining. Well done once again.

Communication throughout has been very good, wait time exactly as promised!
Chairs were delivered today, Jack & Martin were efficient & courteous, they explained the controls wonderfully!
All in all a good shopping experience, would recommend! Thank you!

Jason and Ashley just delivered my mother in laws suite. Both guys were extremely polite and took their shoes off when entering the property after seeing new carpet had been laid. The showed me how the controls how the controls worked and reminded me of the need to keep an eye on the 2 9v emergency batteries. Very pleased with the guys and the whole HSL experience. The staff at the store were extremely informative and took their time to ensure my mother in law got the correct product for her needs. There was no pressure just first class customer focus. I would recommend the store and company.

As before our experience with HSL has been second to none. From the visit to the showroom where we had good advice offered, time to make our choice, to the actual delivery of the chair by Andy and Wayne has again been a delightful experience. The gentlemen couldn't have been more helpful and I'm only sorry I didn't offer them a drink as it was heatwave weather.

Visiting the Rayleigh branch yesterday, we were met by two ladies who made us very welcome. We were guided to the best seats for our size and we had a cup of tea and biscoff biscuits while we looked at fabrics and styles. We were asked if we would need risers or recliners, and not rushed while also checking periodically that were were not neglected. We were assured that the frames are guaranteed for 25 years. They did assure us that a company provided a longer guarantee visiting over 5 years to mend and treat stains. The length of wait for handmade bespoke items was a very respectable six to eight weeks and we were informed of a recycling service for our existing suite. This was an all round wonderful experience. Excellent service from the arrival of the post with the comprehensive catalog to the excellent service from Tracey in the Rayleigh Essex branch. She was so helpful and patient with us and allowed us time to look at all possibilities. Delivery was very quick as the chair and stool we purchased was in stock and it was delivered with cheerful, on time delivery men. This is our second purchase and would recommend. Thank you for a great product.

Had a text 24hrs before delivery giving us an estimated time slot, 8-11am
Call from Martin & Jason at 730am saying they'd be at our house by 8 as they'd had a cancellation. Was that ok? Definitely!
Delivered, set up & demonstrated before 815, very impressed.
All in all a good experience from the original enquiry to ordering to delivery.

Staff at Rayleigh very friendly & obviously knew their products. Purchase was straight forward, as was delivery. The men delivering the furniture were very respectful & efficient.

We visited the showroom in Eastwood, just looking! However I soon found exactly the rise and recline chair I found most comfortable. It fitted me perfectly and was so comfortable that we ordered it straight away. The chair has just been delivered today by two very helpful delivery men. That's only just over 4 weeks from ordering. Brilliant service and the staff have all been so helpful throughout the process, so much so that we will visit the showroom again and order my husband's chair plus a sofa, both of which can be covered in matching material. Such wonderful service from HSL and I would recommend them to friends any time. THANK YOU ALL.

The salespeople in the Rayleigh store were very welcoming , knowledgeable and not at all pushy . They gave us all the information we needed and good advice to make an informed decision what to buy. So friendly , we couldn’t fault them and would recommend the store to anyone 😀

Very friendly service from Emma in Rayleigh store. Selected 1 sofa and 1 chair from the Nicoletti range. Was informed 10-12 weeks for delivery as product handmade in Italy. Unfortunately furniture was delayed by 4 weeks. HSL very apologetic but customer service was always good. Simon from customer care finally took over and delay was found to be at the Italian end. He agreed that a gesture of goodwill was forthcoming and we agreed on a settlement because of long wait. Quality of furniture very good and HSL customer service excellent, so overall a positive experience. I would recommend HSL to anyone buying furniture. Would have been 5 stars but because of delay I think 4 stars more appropriate.

My daughter and I did a preview visit to Rayleigh showroom to purchase a reclining chair for my wife, sales assistant Emma was very helpful in explaining the advantages of each of the styles of chairs so went straight home to bring my wife back for a demonstration to which chair would suit her. I decided that they were so comfortable I would purchase a matching chair for me. In all a very pleasant and friendly experience

I knew what I wanted and the assistant was not pushy and just gave me all the information I needed
