HSL Chairs - Warrington Reviews 

I visited HSL Warrington store as I wanted a Stressless chair.
I was welcomed, offered tea and put at ease by Sarah who listened carefully to my requirements and comments.
She was very knowledgeable about the product and was able to address any concerns I had.
Sarah patiently helped me try each variation until I found the correct size and model that suited me best.

At no time did I feel pressured to buy. The staff do not work on commission and are driven only by satisfying the customer. (If only all stores were like that!)

Before I committed to buying, I wanted to give due consideration to the purchase I would make. I left the store with my quoted price and brochure.

The next day, I was back to buy – but had decided I wanted to choose a different colour.
As Sarah was with another customer, Brendan provided me with the material swatches so I could see all the colours available.
I was left in peace to go through them at my own pace, which I appreciated.

Eventually, I made my choice and completed my purchase.

I wish to thank Sarah - and Brendan – for their professionalism and patience.

Excellent service from all at store. Time given to help choose appropriate colour for us . This included sending out swatches to help choose colour scheme for lounge.
The extras like coffee and biscuits was that extra that made you feel valued.
Our salesmen was Brendon but all the team helpful in us making the decision to buy.

Visited the Warrington store with my mother looking for a stressless armchair. We were treated superbly by Jo, who was very patient and understanding with my mother.

I visited HSL Warrington last Saturday Friday 13th March. I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah for all her knowledgeable help on the day. Sarah is a trainee and I feel that she will be a great asset for the company. My best wishes are with Sarah for her future career.

Went to Warrington store sales assistant was amazing needed a riser recliner with her help got just what I needed on Sunday15 March with her help got it delivered today 17th March by two guys Alex/Michael didn't leave till they made sure knew how it worked and I was happy with it

What was most pleasing was there was no hard sale and no pressure put on you to buy

The experience of visiting the Warrington store was exceptional. It takes a lot of consideration to choose the right sofa and at no time did I feel under pressure to make a purchase.
I have walked out of many a furniture store because of intrusive and pressuring staff - I actually looked forward to going back to this store because of the respectful, helpful and friendly approach of the staff here.
The furniture speaks for itself in terms of comfort and finding the right fit for your shape and size.
Joanne, Brendan and Len are all so professional and take the time to really listen to you and help you find the right model.

My husband and I had a very bad experience with ANOTHER sofa company and we ended up getting a full refund. We went to HSL in Warrington and the staff could not have been nicer! A lovely lovely lady called Sarah dealt with us and to say she was helpful is an understatement! Sarah looked into all our queries, answered all our concerns and with us having a previous bad experience she completely put our minds at ease! When we had paid in full for the sofa, we had more questions about size / delivery etc and Sarah helped us so so much, when she said she will call us back….. she did just that… within an hour! Sarah was an absolute pleasure to deal with, so after our previous experience we would like to Thank Sarah for dealing with us in suck and kind, friendly professional manner! I visited the HSL store in Warrington to look at recliner chairs. The assistant Brendan was very knowledgeable about the different chairs and ensured that I was happy with my choice. I Would highly recommend this store.
The delivery of my riser/reciner went very smoothly and the delivery men Craig and Jed explained how to use the chair with a demonstration of the controls. Excellent service from beginning to end. Thank you all.

Thanks Brendan, for your excellent service whilst on the shop floor and organising delivery, you found me the sofa I didn't know I even wanted, so very happy and the price was amazing over 50% discount. So glad I choose HSL instead of dfs, or scs.
