Christmas present cancelled
Ordered Christmas present for father but had to chase after no update for 2 weeks, with item still shown as ‘processing order’. Was advised to wait “ a bit longer” but after a few more days I received an email advising order now cancelled and wait for refund! Now back to looking elsewhere with little time left before Christmas, thanks for nothing!

Ordered the scandanavian slippers which were showing in the catalogue ad on offer if two pairs were bought. However the offer did not register when I went through the checkout. Also- medium was described as size 7-8. This can not have been in UK sizes as they are tiny!! Do not fit this size at all

Delivery Falsehoods
Order placed 23/11/23 - order acknowledged with 3 - 5 days expected delivery, "goods on the way to the ware house"
After 5 days we chased and were told eventually that the order was "being processed " in the warehouse, will be with us in 3 - 5 days
Chased again and this time told order had been despatched on Evri courier - delivery 3 5 days
No delivery after 5 days and had to chase again and were told that they "had to issue a refund as the item is no longer available"
We will be refunded in 2- 3 days
So all of the rubbish about goods on the way to the warehouse and been despatched by Evri Courier were falsehoods
