Purchase of tonne bag logs
Hi,wasn't has happy with the service on this occasion,compared to previous purchases,with the confusion regarding email stating delivery in 2-3days from date of purchase email.The last purchase(Tonne bag of logs)for some reason,have moisture and are not burning has good has previous orders,they've been stacked and are covered the same way as I've always done in the past with your logs.Hopefully this order is just a one off,otherwise I will have to find alternative supplier.

Awful experience! Would not use again!
Very poor experience, I made an order on 29th September for a log storage rack. I paid £14.99 express shipping and it did not arrive until 10th October. I checked my order tracker on 3rd October and it showed that my order was waiting to be dispatched to evri, evri did not receive the order until 8th October! So definitely not express delivery! I have also had a problem with my order as it is incorrect size and I have called numerous times and no one ever answers. I have also emailed twice and yet again no answer to emails either. Communication from this company as well as slow delivery is appalling. Would not recommend!

Order easy to make and delivered well. Very nice men dropped off our logs, friendly and polite. Logs good quality. Only had one issue and that was the delivery was not made within the timeframe given and couldn’t get through on the phone or live chat. However we understand that’s this was due to changes in their systems. However we will order again from them again.
