Very simple process for setting up ISA. Quick response and good communication.
It was impossible to find where to transfer an ISA from another provider which was the reason for my application.

Opened an ISA and requested transfer, which I completed the form for.
However, due to the crossover in timing, the existing provider moved my isa into what they called the mature isa.
I advised HTB immediately the new account number via the chat, as there was no other way of telling them this. A week or two later, I get a message from HTB to say there was an issue with the transfer, but no further details. How am I supposed to fix the issue, when I’m not being advised what the issues is???
Basically the customer services is appalling if you want something a little different from their AI chat interface!
I asked for matured isa to be transferred to you and you requested a balance of £0.00.
You acknowledged that this was your human error.
I subsequently transferred my account to another provider and closed my account with you.

I transferred my ISA in and everything worked well. My only small gripe is that all emails are worded for the opening of a new account and not a transfer in. In turn there were no interim updates about the progress of the transfer.

Our application was handled very efficiently. Subsequently I got emails advising that we hadn't made a deposit and this became clear when I access your portal and found that two accounts had been opened. I have closed the unused account, but suggest you review your application process.
