Brought a divan bed of Ali and he was very helpful from the very start helped me choose the colour I wanted and said he can deliver soon as in get the keys to my place. 5 star service and great company!!

Can’t thank these enough I was ripped off buy another sofa company and I phoned this shop he did everything he could to get me a sofa delivered by the next day even took my front door off to get the sofa in for me and was very polite and my new sofa is beautiful love it

They are professionals, straight to the detail and honest ...and they keep you updated in every step of the sofa making ....they are the best ...Emmy 👌

I phoned hastag furniture up asked if they had any leather recliner chair in stock he said yes we do ,I said can u deliver same day yes we can which he did he also set it up excellent service,very polite,and on time ,cannot fault them

Hashtag furniture is 10/10 🤩, the owner Ali is super friendly and professional , understands the customers needs and gives the best products.

Prices keep adjusting up and down constantly. Was waiting for the January sale but the item I was looking at went up £150.

Nevwr buy anything off this company, items dont get delivered refuse to refund your money .

If I could rate it zero I would.
Bought a bed for my son from this company in May. Since then I have had no correspondence from them about delivery times. I attempted to e mail them several times and the e mails were all returned as address not recognised. Only a mobile number available to contact them and no landline. Eventually received a reply saying I will contact you on Monday next week and by Friday I had still heard nothing. I messaged again on Friday and was told they don't have the bed available and they were unable to refund me because they had 'issues' with PayPal. They have refused to refund me by any other means and then i was told that I had to raise a dispute with PayPal to claim the money back. Dodgy doesn't cover this company. Avoid at all costs

Amazing quality bedroom furniture. My furniture was delivered very quick too, from applying for the finance to delivery took about 7-8days. Ali kept in touch constant to keep me updated, his service was second to none. I cant wait to pay it off & order a bed. Its 5* from me

Online showing sale price so I order 3 beds then they message me saying I have to pay 400 more because the sale was finished but the website wouldn't update for 1 more month ... I refused amd said that's what you should sell it for as that's what's advertised and they cancelled my order.

I ordered a mattress and the quality was impeccable..delivery and customer service was the best!!

Recently bought a whole new bedroom from Hashtag Furniture. Ali was very helpful in getting my order put through and delivered within a few days of the order being submitted. Possibly the best service I've had from any company, very well managed by Ali from start to finish, he was always available to answer any questions and kept me up to date on progress. I haven't built the furniture yet but the quality I imagine will be as good the service received. Thank you Ali.
