I browsed the website of hashtag furniture one Sunday afternoon two weeks ago and spoke to a lovely man by the name of Ali. I was in desperate need of a suite as mine had given up. I was contacted by the gentleman and straight away he made me feel at ease, he is calm and caring and will meet your needs at every angle to ensure the choice is right for you. I sent Ali pictures of the suite I wanted and straight away he met the request 👌. Ali stayed in touch through phone calls, text messages and WhatsApp. When the networks all went down with mobile phones I was in absolute panic as I thought I had lost all I had achieved with hashtag furniture. But then, Ali rang me and reassured me that everything was fine with my order 😊 the greatest thing above all was that Ali managed to deliver my new suite within 3 days of ordering. I got to meet this amazing hardworking young man who is extremely polite and friendly. Ali is such an angel and truly blessed with a kind and caring nature. He cares about his customers and delivers everything himself to ensure damage free products. I am proud to say I have had the pleasure not only to meet this gentleman but to have bought from him, and I will definitely be buying more from him. Excellent customer service! Was in desperate need of a sofa but only had a low budget and they really accommodated my needs and even delivered on the same day. Very friendly and caring service! Highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again should I need anything else!
