Fridge freezer arrived on time, delivery guys polite and efficient

Needed new fully integrated washing machine and approached Herbert Todd. Would they be able to supply and fit despite all the current Covid 19 difficulties. Not only did they price match, they delivered and fully fitted the new machine within a few days. Old machine taken away and kitchen restored. Terrific service from sales team, delivery man and the joiner.

Contacted because I bought a washing machine and microwave before the service was good then with regard a problem dishwasher thinking I wood have to purchase a new one but gave me a contact for a repair person he helped me sort the problem but will defiantly purchase any electrical good that I may need in the future the service was excellent very quick response and helpful not may firms would do this if not selling anything

In the end you weren't able to supply immediately the upright freezer I was after, but the information you gave and your courtesy were excellent.

ordered on line Sunday,phone contact from todds 0830 Monday,informed delivery would be in the afternoon and I would be advised on the time later in the day,12.30 phone call to confirm delivery time of 3.30.Delivered on time be helpful and cautious d driver.This level of service is that which the competition is struggling to emulate.

Herbert Todd have been supplying and maintaining the appliances in my rental houses in york for over 20 years. Their service is absolutely second to none. The whole team from management to delivery staff and engineers cannot do enough for their customers. My main point of contact (Heather) never fails to respond immediately to any maintenance issues and nothing fazes her or her colleagues. There is a reason they’ve been going so long - they have a business ethic rarely seen these days. Even during the current pandemic they remain available and willing to help. Highly recommended for rentals, sales and after care.

The staff in the shop (before covid19) are all knowledgeable and helpful, delivery is arranged for the customers convenience and the delivery people are friendly and make sure everything is working to the customers satisfacion before leaving. This is why a local, family owned firm is always better than chains
