I'm sharing my experience to warn others.

I was charged by Huawei Cloud for a server I never created, activated, or used. I never received any billing notification, and my account was not even fully verified. When I contacted support, they kept repeating the same generic message, refusing to acknowledge the facts. I asked them clearly: "Can you confirm whether I ever used or accessed the server?"
They never answered. They stalled, then told me I wouldn't get a refund — without even confirming whether the service was used. After that, they refused to respond further and even deleted their replies in the support portal. This is unacceptable. It's unfair, unprofessional, and misleading. I have already filed a formal complaint with consumer protection authorities and my bank, and will continue to escalate this until it's resolved. If you're considering Huawei Cloud, be careful. They're not transparent, and you may end up paying for a service you never used — with no way to get your money back.

huawei cloud service is a FRAUDULENT…

huawei cloud service is a FRAUDULENT service in which the first priority is to deduct money ILLEGALY from the user's credit card, and the service is not provided in exchange for this amount.
Another trick is to activate an unrelated service without the user's knowledge. And they do not let the user know about the whole month neither on the portal nor on the email. And then they suddenly deduct the amount from the credit card. Customer service also does not solve the problem.
There is no page or information about credit card refunds on their entire website.
