Woeful customer experience and excessive premium
Wait time for your bot was extraordinarily long. I finally got a quote once I connected to a human but I had to wait 3 hours. Terrible customer service. Then when I eventually got through I was charged a massive increase in premium from the previous year for the same risk and identical cover. Lodged a complaint and awaiting response.

I do a lot of research to buy car insurance and this year Huddle was the winner. Best value for money. Easy to do over the internet, as I'm an older Aussie. And no constant advertising or bombardment. Never heard of them before but honestly would recommend.
