Avoid Huggies Natural Care 0/100. Bad.
*Needs to be an option for 0 stars.*
Both the diapers And the wipes are not good at all.
The little movers gave my 20mnth olda rash on her back where the scrunched elastic is. Bad. And as for the natural care wipes... If they take the skin off my eyelids when I use them to remove my makeup and made my babys bottom bleed. Then NO they are awful! Painful. I do not know what they "claim" they are made from. But it feels not good AT ALL. I don't usually do this but I feel like other mothers should be aware. I'm currently in the process of just trying to keep my baby comfortable after using them. NEVER AGAIN.
Terrible product
New Huggies wipes are significantly poorer in quality and more expensive. Awful decision by the company and no regard for customer satisfaction. Won’t be buying anymore.

After using them for over 3 years now i bought my last box this week. The new ‘updated’ version of the Huggies wipes are exactly as the recent reviews are saying. Thin, smelly and come out of the packet in clumps. It looks like another brand of wipes hiding behind the ‘Huggies’ brand. Whoever was at the top and made the decision to go with this change really made a big mistake for the company.
Massive decline in quality!
What on earth has happened to your product? I have been a loyal customer of Huggies Pure Baby Wipes for many years, consistently purchasing them from Costco. Each box I buy contains 12 individual packets, and I usually purchase multiple boxes at a time. However, I’m writing to express my deep disappointment with the quality of the most recent two boxes I purchased.
Every packet in both boxes has been affected, the wipes have lost almost all of their moisture and feel drastically different in texture and effectiveness. They are extremely dry and of noticeably poor quality compared to the reliable product I’ve trusted for years.
I’ve also noticed that the number of wipes per pack has been reduced from 72 to just 60. This reduction, combined with the drop in quality, gives the impression that cost-cutting has been prioritised over maintaining the high standards your customers expect.
I will be returning both boxes to Costco as faulty items, but I wanted to raise this issue directly with you. Huggies wipes have always been my go-to choice, and it’s disappointing to see such a significant decline in quality. Please let me know if you plan to revert to the previous, higher-quality formula product.
Awful change in a product!
I've used Huggies wet wipes for years to remove make up. I don't know what you've done to them, but my guess it's to save yourselves money. There are less in the packet, they are very thin and the smell isn't right. I think it's time for me to try a different brand. I'm most disappointed.
New Huggies wipes are crap!!!
Why have they changed Huggies pure wipes!!! They were perfect, been using them for over 20 years. Loved how thick and useable they were, could pull just one wipe out at a time, especially useful mid nappy change and using one hand. Now these new wipes are awful, thin, clump together and can’t get them out the packet. And they stink!!!!
Will never be buying them again. So disappointed
Awful wipes now, will no longer use…
Presume it’s for cost cutting reasons but the new wipes are awful! I’ve used Huggies pure for years as they had no odour and were a robust wipe. Now they are flimsy like pampers, come out of the packet in clumps of 5 sheets, have less in the packet and smell awful. Really disappointed - as a mum of autistic children, changing the product so fundamentally really impacts us. Now I have to try and find a suitable alternative as I can’t use these anymore!
Huggies stop ripping off customers
Huggies stop ripping off customers, your pack size has shrunk again, not only that ypur wipes are now smaller drier and utterly useless, will be changing to a different wipe. Can't even get them out and they are tiny and shite. Let's hope you lose custom as your ripping us off. Shrinkflation and skimpflation at its finest.went from 84 wipes to 72 wipes to 64 wipes now 48wipes. Not only do you get less for more money, they have skimped on the product, its smaller, thinner and useless. Have used them for over 25yrs, you have lost a loyal customer! Always recommended them, not any more
Awful quality of new wipes.
Whatever you have done to your most recent revision of the Huggies Pure wipes has made them infuriating and borderline unusable. The wipes themselves feel thinner but whats more annoying is how you have layered them in a pack. Its as though nobody quality tested the product. You can no long get just one wipe out and in the middle of a night, with a screaming child have regularly thrown the pack across the room to shake 5 wipes out.
We will no longer be using the product
Really disappointed that Huggies have…
Really disappointed that Huggies have changed their wipes product and seem to have removed the 0% plastic version (where this was written on the front of the pack in green). The new ones are awful, dry, useless.
Please huggies revert to what you had before as you were the only wipes on the market that was any good now we have nothing!
New huggies wipes 😔
What have you done? The new wipes are truly awful, much like pampers wipes. Thin, can't get them out of the packet, unless it's at least 7 wipes at a time and not good at cleaning at all. They're truly awful. After 10 years of using buggies and off to find a better alternative
Used to be good; now rubbish.
Been using Huggies wipes for ages. Until now. They've changed utterly: much, much thinner, virtually dry, almost impossible to get out of the packet, tear easily. What a major disappointment, seriously. I thought I could rely on this brand, but time to look elsewhere. This is taking the p**s out of your customers.
Huggies wipes shrinkflation!!
Always loved Huggies wipes but seems they have started with shrinkflation now. Totally changed. Quality is gone, they are smaller, thinner, different texture, less wipes in the packet, thats if you can get them out of the packet now. Loved how you could always get one wipe out of the packet without loads coming out but thats gone too you get about 5 at a time now! But of course.. They’re the same price!! Changed to rascal and friends. Much better quality/price! Very disappointing Huggies!
New pull up design are rubbish
New pull up design are rubbish. Not sure what you have done but huggies were once our favorite brand got me through 3.5 boys and now im nearly finished training my youngest they are no longer ultra dry. They are not 12hr leak protected either. Huggies need to change back to the old pull ups. My son used to wear them all night and not wet the bed as well. I now get him up 2x a night just to stop the bed itself getting wet
Loved your wipes until you have just…
Loved your wipes until you have just changed them - cut the amount you get by a 1/3, they are smaller, different texture, difficult to get out packet, and no cheaper if not more. Awful. Will be changing to different brand
The new wipes are total rubbish that’s…
The new wipes are total rubbish that’s if you can get them out the packet!
Less in packets and certainly not cheaper.
I am now going to try others after 18 years!!!!
I have used huggies wipes for nearly 30…
I have used huggies wipes for nearly 30 years now, and I'm astounded at the changes they have gone through, and they are definitely not good ones😔
They have changed several times very recently, one of the changes is merited, yes changing to plastic free of course, but the others are quite bizarre, and I've been quite unfair to the loyal customers, some of decades like me.
Firstly they were cut down from 84 wipes to three quarters of the size, and then recently they were halved to a tiny packet of 48 wipes!
They have a totally different texture, and are unusable as wipes for myself, but I imagine especially for someone that needs to use them quickly, for a baby with only one free hand!
They are slimy, and they no longer have the slightly rougher texture that was needed to clean!
The wipes themselves have also been halved in size!
The original wipes were useful as they covered a much bigger area, now, you need several to do one job, which totally defeats the purpose!
Are these wipes tested anymore?
If I was one of the testers, I would have rejected them immediately!
Shame on you Huggies!😞
Your wipes will be rejected in droves, they are worthless, do not do the job they are supposed to do, and are all very very poor value now!!
OMG.
OMG.. what have huggies done to the babywipes ? Ive always used huggies and rated them 5 stars until recently when huggies changed it all and now you can't even get the wipes out the packet without a struggle, and when you do get the wipes out you need to struggle to unfold the wipes because their folded in half with nothink to grip hold of in the middle, this is a big error made by huggies and they should refund everyone who complains because the wipes are 100% useless at the moment, BIG MISTAKE BY HUGGIES.. ive got 5 multi pks and every one is the same..
HUGGIES LOOK INTO THIS PLEASE
Noooooo
Noooooo! Why would you change the design of the Huggies Pure Wipes! They were so good! Nice and thick, and never got stuck in the pack. Now they are thin, smaller and get stuck in the pack, disappointed! You may as well buy the cheaper non branded version!
Please recall all the new diapers with the blue strips
Please recall all the new diapers with the blue strips before more babies end up with chemical burns!
I have been loyal to Huggies for over 15 years. The only brand I hadn't experienced any issues with or knew anyone who had issues with them, until now.
I am OCD about diaper changes and doing everything to prevent diaper rash. My kids each only had diaper rash twice, when they were newborn.
Within the last week Logan has been getting red. We thought it was the change in his diet, eating more real food, maybe more acidic. I also use different diapers at night than during the day. Little movers during the day and overnight at nighttime.
My 11-month-old was red yesterday, more than previous days. He came home, ate, took a bath, and I put a little movers on him since we weren’t going to bed yet. He ended up going to sleep before needing another butt change. He woke up crying in the middle of the night, this is not normal. He usually wakes up, says baba, gets changed, drinks and goes back to sleep. Not this time. He was clearly in pain, I finally got him changed (he fought me the entire time, fed, and back to sleep.
We wake up Saturday morning (7/12/25) and it is clearly a chemical burn, not diaper rash. I have seen several reviews on Huggies social media and other platforms with the same experiences...
We went to Children’s Mercy because it looked like it was going to blister. The Doctor said it was on the verge, but we caught it in time. Confirmed chemical burn as well as possible yeast. They also said they have been seeing other babies with it for the last 2 weeks but wouldn’t or couldn't confirm that it was the same diapers. Social media says it is the same diapers from hundreds of other upset and worried parents.
Soo many cases that all the pharmacies near us were out of the preferred prescription...
