Recieved today, the teddy is lovely and soft but the motor is so loud it ruins the breathing effect. Not very relaxing.

After speaking with customer service mine and my partners bears are working great sounds feels soft as hell very over the moon and definitely worth the money

Avoid this company.
I ordered two bears, one arrived faulty. The settings on the paw were very different to the description.
I contacted the company as this was meant to be an anxiety bear for my 6 year old son.
They offered me a 20% refund. I explained I just wanted a working bear. They could not make it right and basically said it would cost me as I would have to pay to return the broken bear!
Absolutely terrible company with awful customer service.
Do not use.

My daughter got this from a relative for Christmas and it’s so dangerous! The battery unit doesn’t have a battery cover and one of the battery’s fell out loose in her cot, thankfully supervised!! It’s only velcro’d shut a baby can easily access it. Going in the bin don’t waste your money! Not worth the risk!

These are truly awful,not a UK company as stated. No heartbeat or white noise just a creepy whistling snoring, awful music and the sound of mechanics whirring. These are the stuff of nightmares not soothing sleep buddies. Avoid at all costs, if I could upload a video I would.

Broken product trading standards will be getting an emailed…….. what a joke they must be making a fortune. Disgraceful DO NOT buy these need shutting down

Needs 0 stars says it’s a uk company but comes from china, sound awful nothing calming about it sounds creepy, complete waste of money which they won’t give back, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, shame I can’t upload a video of it

dont know why yall coming for louise but ok. anyways it was a clear scam. however. after gutting the product, its intestines out on my desk like an entre teasing from afar, i found much joy in giving this haunted product the love it needed. its ability to talk, breathe and sing removed but all for my greater cause. i shall now stuff the poor thing and use it to cry on. i believe children shall be treated in the same regard. much love, mother brothel

Shocking customer service. Recd my bear, poor quality, def not soft and cuddly. Worked for 10 mins then stopped. Reported and sent video to customer services. Over many emails, lots of haggling about offering % off to keep the bear. 10%, then 20%, then 30% with me advising it was faulty. They also said, why didn't I take the discount and give it to a charity shop. Kept arguing , got up to 60% and they then advised I had to pay for return..I screenshot their own website showing that was not their terms and conditions and finally today recd a full refund. If you have a faulty bear, keep arguing and don't give up

Absolute rubbish- the snoring noise is so noisy it would be impossible to sleep. Its very poorly made a complete waste of money

I ordered one of these at the beginning of November 2024. Eventually I received the Stitch toy, I bought it to give as a Christmas present. I thought I would put batteries in before I wrapped it. I pressed the paw and nothing. Tried with different batteries, again nothing.
I contacted the company and they asked for a video of the faulty Stitch. I obliged. On receipt of the video they said they were sending a replacement. I explained that it would be too late for Christmas and I wanted to return for a refund. They sent a replacement! It arrived in January.
The replacement, surprisingly, is also faulty.
They ask for a video of the second faulty item, 6 times I have sent the video as they say they haven't received it. They are answering my emails with the video attached though.
I don't hold out much hope of seeing my money ever again.

I wouldn't give this product a 1☆. The breathing sounds like something out of an old horror movie. Clearly not CE marked. It took ages to arrive and clearly not made in the UK.

Ordered from the company thinking it was a legit place after seeing lots of reviews on Facebook which I’ve realised now are all fake.

The company states they are in London but are definitely not as the item shipped from China, I asked for a refund before they dispatched my item but they decided to dispatch it instead and despite asking multiple times for my refund they keep ignoring me and “picking” what they want to respond to out of my emails.

Disgusting company, selling items for children and adults and saying they are safe when they clearly aren’t. Rude and disrespectful to customers and will just ignore you.

Ordered this product for a Christmas present thinking that it was from a UK address. It obviously was shipped from China. When it eventually arrived in January, the bear sounded like it was having an asthma attack and was a very inferior product. More alarmingly, we discovered that the bear did not have a CE safety mark. There was a CE lettering on the loose battery cover but no where else on the item does it show that it has been safety tested. To put an untested product that heats up in our daughter's bed is a horrifying thought.

I have been emailing the company to complain that they are selling a untested product and receive back obviously well rehearsed emails. They have offered me a 20% refund which I have not accepted.

We have passed this item to Trading Standards for them to investigate. I can't be bothered to argue with the company for a total refund and I am not prepared to send the item back to China at my own expense.

Please be very wary of this company - they are very unscrupulous.

Lovely and soft but the motor is very loud and sounds like it's snoring instead of a soft breathing ,very disappointed as would keep me awake more than sending me to sleep.

I had a terrible experience with Hugglys.com and would not recommend this company to anyone. First, their customer service is atrocious. I reached out multiple times about issues with my order, but their responses were slow, unhelpful, and dismissive. It became clear they have no interest in resolving customer concerns.

The quality of their products is abysmal. The item I received was cheaply made, nothing like what was advertised, and the breathing mechanism inside is unnatural and makes a loud sound, making it nearly unusable. The product was clearly poorly designed, with no quality control.

What’s worse, the product does not meet EU standards, raising serious safety concerns. When I requested a refund, they initially offered me a 20% refund, then 30%, and eventually 50%, all while I am entitled to a 100% refund since the item is defective. On top of that, they expect me to pay to return the item to China, which is completely unreasonable for a product sold in the EU.

As if that wasn't enough, their response to my frustration was to suggest I could “keep the order, give it to someone as a gift, or donate it to a charity shop.” Why would I pass on a defective item to someone else? This shows how little they care about their products or their customers.

Now, I’m forced to go through my bank to try to get a refund, which is an absolute hassle. I’ve lost all trust in Hugglys.com. Their poor customer service, subpar products, and unethical practices make them a company to avoid at all costs.

AVOID scam company, clearly states FREE returns within 60 days on the front page of their website, asked to return as this soothing bear is like something from a horror film, and got given a return address in `china to return to at my own expenses!!!

Been arguing with them back and forth for weeks now, save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

AVOID!! I ordered two items as Xmas gifts and on boxing day the moving chest and light function stopped working. I raised this straightaway and provided videos as proof. Refused to refund only offering 30% refund. Have now raised a dispute with my bank to recover the money. Shocking customer service.

These are cute BUT there is no comforting sounds. The breathing is creepy, per my grandson. Would have tried to return but they were given as gifts prior to opening/operating.
