Jeep in for DPF problem and injector replacement under warranty took 3 weeks which is unacceptable in itself. Picked up car invoice said extensively road tested and job completed. Drove home to find DPF fault still evident and now white smoke bellowing from under car due to diesel leak caused by their heavy handedness breaking an injector fitting.
They DID NOT fix my car and certainly didn't EXTENSIVELY road test it.
They will put limited time into your car if it's under warranty.
My wife regularly tows horses with this Jeep by herself ,so to put her in this position with diesel leaking on the exhaust is totally unfair and unsafe. I will persue this further.
Keep well away
Hughes are a very respected garage but their Jeep service has become extremely expensive ever since the Fiat buyout. Always get quotes first and see if they'll do a deal before hand. Work is carried out well but at least 50% more than a non-franchise Jeep specialist.
