My new favourite electricals supplier!
I bought a Dualit milk frother for £10 less than anywhere else. I could specify my delivery day and, in order to keep costs low, I selected a date 3 days into the future. The product arrived on the selected day, with the packaging intact and was exactly as described.

Excellent- had not heard of this company before but great price after shopping around for the same model. Excellent customer service support as we realised we’d booked the wrong delivery date and customer service support was excellent and helpful with rearranging the delivery to our requested delivery date. Definitely will buy again from this company.

Competitive retailer, however let down by delivery costs
Price of product purchased compared favourably to other retailers however charges for removal and disposal of old machine together with delivery and installation were unjustifiably excessive.

Great service. A range of machines available to purchase on the website. I chose delivery, installation, recycle my old machine and take away packaging. All that was good, but I didnt receive any information about my machine and how to use it. No handbook. No information about the guarantee. I did manage to research the info I needed on internet, but it was not very easy to find.
