Great service
Great service. A range of machines available to purchase on the website. I chose delivery, installation, recycle my old machine and take away packaging. All that was good, but I didnt receive any information about my machine and how to use it. No handbook. No information about the guarantee. I did manage to research the info I needed on internet, but it was not very easy to find.

I had two completely different experiences!
I had two completely different experiences with Hughes over the delivery of my fridge freezer. Genuinely like chalk and cheese.
The first delivery was very frustrating. The team arrived over half an hour early and told me the appliance would not go in without the doors being removed, then later apparently reported that it would never fit at all.
Thankfully, the second delivery could not have been more different. They arrived only around five minutes early and had the fridge freezer safely into the house within about 30 minutes, proving that it absolutely could be done.
I also want to specifically mention Sarah at Hughes, who was outstanding. She called me back when another manager had not, listened properly, was helpful and professional, and restored a lot of my confidence in the company.
So while the first experience was disappointing, Sarah and the second delivery team completely turned things around. Credit where it is due and they were excellent.

Update.Everything is fine now
A week ago I ordered a TV that was supposed to be delivered today. The driver called 30 minutes before the expected delivery that he would not arrive today and I should worry about myself. When I called the hotline, the nice lady said that maybe they would deliver me on the second of September. Of course, I gave up contact because the service and the customer are arrogant and doesn't care that you lose customers. Also goodbye Hughes

I had an issue with my washing machine…
I had an issue with my washing machine that I rent from Hughes. I contacted them and they got back within a day and said an exchange machine would be delivered ,installed and the old one taken away today . This was only 4 days (including the weekend) so I was pleased with their customer service . I had a 2 hour time slot for today and had a call to say they'd be there 12.15 which they were and the installer was polite ,courteous and completed the exchange within 40 mins . Excellent service from start to finish .

Great customer service …
I approached hughes initially for advice on which mesh router would suit my needs. The assistant provided me with a recommendation after looking at my options and needs. At a later date I arranged to click and collect a tp link mesh router which I collected later that weekend. All the staff were very helpful and polite, no hassle purchase with excellent customer service. Great to deal with a person and not rely on a Web site.
