If I could give 0 stars I would ,Hugme in Athlone sold me a faulty screen ,I went back and they denied there was a fault, went to another store today and they replaced the screen and it's now working fine ,maybe because I'm a woman they treat me like this ,they are known for this in the town and I should have listened to advice I got about them ,lesson learned

I had a great experience at Hugmie Athlone. The customer service was excellent and very friendly, helpful, and professional. The staff went above and beyond to assist me, making sure I got exactly what I needed. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality service and phone accessories!

I went to HugMie in January of this year to get a screen replacement on my phone. I paid €150 to get it fixed. However, not even within two months of its warranty, the screen is broken a second time. I went to the shop in Liffey Valley on the 26th of February to ask for a repair and the staff were extremely rude to me. The sales assistant of the store was quite rude in his manner and told me that as my phone received physical damage it is not applicable for repair. The assistant suggested options for a further repair for an extra €120 that evening or repair the following morning the 27th February and as they did so, they told me to make up my mind as the time was "ticking". I found that quite off-putting and in all honesty, I did not want to do further business with a store that puts customers on the spot like that. It's rude.

Was very happy with the service and found the lads so helpful.
Went in with my 2 Children to get screen repaired and all was brilliant so helpful and the guy turnt around and gave my girls a free gift which i thought was so nice.Such a nice thing to do!!
I will defintely be back again.

After 3 unsuccessful visits back to the store to rectify a problem regarding a phone repair, we were finally offered help today from Muhammad. He was courteous, he listened & was helpful & investigated our repair history in order to assist us. Within one hour of dealing with him we left the store with our iphone repaired & finally functioning. I cannot recommend Muhammad in this store enough.

Went into hugmie Liffey valley. New starter had came over and introduced himself to us but I did not catch his name. So well looked after when buying a phone, all the information we could have needed was given to us. ‘New starter’ was so friendly, helpful & loves a joke also which is great.

Went to the Liffey valley branch today, I found some real skullpanda figurines, I was absolutely ecstatic opening them! Had to go back and get the whole stock! One thing I must consider is that they are €15 each but they are so worth it! Highly recommend going there if you are visiting Liffey valley shopping centre!!!

Portlaoise branch has very poor service. Staff is very rude and condescending. Pity because my child likes the shop. I was asking for a phone check prior to repairing it. The staff in question was very rude and said NO checking just fix rudely. Very rude. Will never return to this shop.

I was in Hugmie Corbett Court to replace screen on my iP14 and also got some toys, it’s a very nice store to visit, the customer service I received was exceptional. What a nice guys there! Highly recommended!

Went into Hugmie Athlone because the front and back of my phone was smashed and I was concerned water would get into it and the bits of glass would cut me! The lads in the shop were super helpful and one of them helped me out by putting a covering over the back & front of my phone to protect it till I can get it fixed! Definitely recommend and will return again! :)

Best experience ever with Hugmie, had an iphone 14 totally banjaxed with do or die situation but needed some important information i went to few different stores but they could not do much or gave any assurance, so i totally got hopeless with it then one day i was shopping around and randomly visited Hugmie store thought it was toy store but saw a repair desk there, Asked if they could fix them sort of things, the staff was very clear about every thing i was handled by an experience Technician, every word he said was clicking my mind so i chanced it and let them send it off to their main lab in Dublin, to be honest i could have spent whatever money it costed to retrieve those information but it turned out costing me only €250 including screen and back glass replacement and all the information i wanted. I would remember this Company forever and will defo Recommend it anyone.

My Iphone touch did not work at the start when i went into the shop in Tallagh square the girls in the shop was so amazed it made it work less than a minute !!! Did not charged me anything ! I would highly recommend this shop it is very helpful !
