I ordered some goods online and live local to the store so expected delivery pretty quickly. 11 days later after no delivery I had to chase via email and social media. No reply. But miraculously the order turned up, but no apology. Communication would have been useful.

Not the quality I expected
The product took about 3 or more weeks to arrive which I was ok about assuming the product was being embroidered however was bit disappointed when it arrived with just a sticker rather than embroidery. Although it does state it’s just a sticker on the website it’s not at the top and the pictures don’t make that clear. There is also a whole n the seam where the zip meets the bag not the quality I expected
