We live near Birmingham airport and wanted to reduce the noise in our bedroom from the aircraft. We have had 3 windows and French balcony doors replaced.
Hugo Carter are certainly more expensive than other suppliers but the standard of the product and service justifies it.
The replacement windows match our existing hardwood windows very well and there is a marked reduction in the noise. Indeed, what noise we can hear now in our bedroom is coming in via other routes.
The staff in the office were always helpful and responsive.
The team doing the installation were very professional, polite, tidy, and did a great job.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Excellent communicators. Fantastic end product. Lovely tradespeople who were incredibly tidy. They may seem more expensive than other companies but I can guarantee they’re an absolute bargain for the quality of work and the service provided.

After a slight, but understandable delay due to the pandemic, Hugo Cater installed our windows on the front of our house during the middle of December 21. We had chosen Hugo Carter because we wanted the best noise reduction windows available to reduce disturbance from the road and local pub. So far they have been excellent - the installation went without a hitch and the noise reduction is really impressive - much much better than our existing double glazing.

We had four windows (one being large and one a bay) and a door fitted just before Christmas by a 4 man / 2 van team. They took two and a half days and were meticulous in protecting the inside of the property with plastic sheets.
The quality of workmanship was very impressive although we did have some remedial work to do - painting, adjustment to the secondary door lock which wouldn't locate correctly, and a brick had been chipped by the door.
There was quite some wait for the order to be fulfilled (covid/transport/brexit etc) and we had to contact for updates. We never got any follow up contact after installation which was disappointing.
As far as noise reduction was concerned there was a marked improvement especially on the ground floor - the first floor still had some noise ingress but we think this is coming via the air vents in the loft above the room.

Really good windows and the installation was very professional, swift and clean. Very happy with the result.

We live on a busy road and our old windows were pretty useless at blocking out noise. Hugo Carter installed triple glazing in our bedrooms and living room and they've made a huge difference to how much we enjoy our flat. Communication was good from the project manager and the installers were very friendly and professional. Would recommend if you (like me) are sensitive to noise.

Window is as advertised, vary quite and of very good quality. My 10old son immediately noticed a difference in noise levels and now is enjoying a good quite and peaceful sleep.

The bedroom window supplied by Hugo Carter works even better than I had expected in cutting out noise from a neighbouring airbnb property whilst fitting neatly into the original window opening. Their office did seem disorganised in dealing with my queries (perhaps due to the covid lockdowns at that time) and I had to chase them for replies. As they had warned me there was over 3 months delay after ordering. However the window was supplied exactly as specified and the installation of the window was done very efficiently and with considerable care taken to protect the carpet and furniture in the room. I'm very pleased that I did choose them over the cheaper but, in my estimation, less satisfactory solutions I was offered by other firms.

Really happy with windows, would recommend. Has some issues with delivery due to covid restrictions but this was resolved quickly.

Really pleased with the results . Noise reduction is amazing , a huge difference compared to the previous triple glazed windows ! The fitting was fuss free with hardly any mess. Very pleased .

Hugo Carter supplied and fitted their Silent Windows in my apartment in London. They’ve made such a difference - hardly any noise, much better sleep. The whole experience was thoroughly professional. Highly recommended.

Fantastic service and product.

I live in a noisy, built-up area with a train line running near by, but Hugo Carter windows have reduced the noise significantly. The windows are elegant and well-crafted, matching the Georgian style of windows on my street. They were well installed, with minimal disruption, and everyone I spoke to at Hugo Carter was dedicated to top customer service. Top marks all round :)

Everything about this company is professional - and the quality of their windows is second to none. They fitted a triple-glazed noise-reducing bay window next to a busy road so that our bedroom is now very nearly silent most of the time. The installers were very skilled, courteous and highly efficient.Highly recommended.

Second time we have used Hugo Carter and once again 10 out of 10 service. Windows have reduced traffic noise considerably and the installers were quick and efficient, and the workmanship is to an excellent standard.

During the lock down, it was not easy to get an update of the delivery or call backs. I understand. However, the fitting and the specifications of the window with the catflat was just as I had ordered it. My flatmate was there when they installed it and he said the staff was very professional and friendly. Very happy once again with the quality of the work and the window itself. Will use Hugo Carter again any time. No hick ups in the process, all goes smooth - just like the last two windows. I love it. Many thanks
