Very professional company from start to finish. I would highly recommend them. The windows that they have installed are excellent and the traffic noise in my flat has been reduced considerably. I would definitely use this company again for any future glazing needs.

Fantastic experience and great product. A little light on communication and contact up until installation but incredible service and quality. The team were fast and efficient, left the room spotless and managed to refit our old architrave, even repairing parts of it. Would definitely use them again for other windows in the house

Quite honestly I can say this was the best experience with builders / installation ever. Very efficient staff who always turned up on time, worked cleanly and quickly to an impeccably high standard and delivered a product that exceeded expectations on all fronts. The new windows from Hugo Carter are fantastic. They look really good due to the care the team took with the installation and they have proved very effective at blocking out nearly all the noise from a nearby
High Street which was very intrusive. The team under Tom's guidance were very professional and efficient. I think it has been a very good investment in my property and would recommend Hugo Carter to anyone suffering noise problems at home. Thanks to all concerned.

We are delighted with our new sash windows and resulting noise reduction and thermal insulation. From start to finish they were very helpful and explained the entire ordering and installation process to us. The quality of their project management and installation is very high. We had Hugo Carter replace two casement windows and one French Door in our Master Bedroom (facing the street) as well as install three casement windows in two bathrooms. We were sceptical whether the windows would really reduce the noise levels significantly, but decided it was worth the chance if the situation could be improved. The effect of having their silent windows installed has greatly exceeded our expectations and we have been very pleasantly surprised at how low the noise levels are now in our bedroom. So pleased in fact we are having them do more work at another property that could benefit from their technology. We also noted that the windows have eliminated all drafts that were created by the former French Doors and bathroom windows— so have the added benefit of energy efficiency. Finally, we had the Hugo Carter people make all repairs and do all painting following the works and the workmanship was excellent and the crew was courteous and efficient. Job well done!

The installers are perfectionists who will always go the extra mile to makes sure we are happy. I have used them twice, had them recommend to me by a relative, and would use them again.

Excellent service and fitting. They really do make a difference although It’s hard to compare to other windows if a similar spec unless you compare side by side. I am however very satisfied with their performance

Nearly a year later, a very minor issue arose and they had someone at my house within three hours. Great customer service which prompted me to write a review I should have written last year.

The product (noise-reducing double glazed wooden sash windows) is fantastic. They look like the original ones and the noise reduction is significant. The team that installed the windows did an excellent job, covering furniture and floors during the installation and leaving the house clean once finished. Additionally, the customer service was precise, polite and responsive. Highly recommended and will certainly call them for other windows in the house.

I bought a property less than a mile from a very busy road, and was dismayed that I could hear it in my home constantly. However, after getting their windows installed, I cannot hear it any more. These windows have transformed my home environment and I cannot rate them highly enough.
