I purchased my BEKA boxspring from Huijer.nl for two reasons : firstly, the price, and secondly, the clear communication with Brandon. The delivery time was two months, and two months later, the bed was installed as planned. We have now had our new bed for almost a year and everything is OK.
I was on vacation in Holland and stayed at an Airbnb, to make my stay more comfortable I ordered some sheets online this company sent my package very quickly thank you.

After weeks, i still haven't received any order. Huijer is also not sending any explanations proactively, and I'm getting a different explanation each time I inquire about what is happening, plus a promise the order is coming the following week, and then the following week...
After waiting this long, because every time it's a promise it's coming, now they're messaging is that if I don't feel like waiting, I should just cancel the order...
I've rarely seen such poor handeling of an online order.
So far zero apologies nor commercial gesture.
I'm hoping making this visible will help for future clients' experience, and hopefully mine still...
