Do not buy from them
Do not buy from them. The tracking system doesn’t work, so you can’t know exactly when the flowers will be delivered. And if you live in an apartment, the courier will leave the box (with live flowers inside) to a random neighbor, without telling you WHOM they gave the flowers to. You will not find the flowers until they are dead. They sent me a new bouquet, and the same exact thing happened. The quality of the tulips was not good either, they’re small and don’t open.

Worst service ever. The flowers did not arrive on the scheduled delivery date. I tried contacting them multiple times but received absolutely no response. After three days, they finally replied claiming the address was incorrect and the courier couldn’t deliver — which makes no sense because the delivery address is a hotel. Despite this being clearly not my fault, they refused to issue a refund and instead demanded that I pay extra to resend the flowers. When I responded to explain the situation, they stopped replying again. It has now been five days, and they still haven’t delivered my order or provided any proper resolution. Very unprofessional, irresponsible, and disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I finally received a shipment on October 15th, after threatening to report them for fraud.
Disappointing Experience - Teleurstellende Ervaring
Twee dagen van tevoren bloemen besteld voor een bijzondere gelegenheid. Op de dag van levering geen enkele notificatie ontvangen. Omdat er geen telefoonnummer is, heb ik gemaild. Pas de volgende dag, ná de geplande levering, kreeg ik een reactie met excuses en de mededeling dat ze “geen levering kunnen garanderen”.
Ik vroeg om bevestiging van levering, maar tot op heden is het stil gebleven. Uiteindelijk zijn de bloemen bezorgd, een dag te laat, in een beschadigde doos bij de entree, zonder aan te bellen. Niet echt een leuke manier om een cadeau te ontvangen. De bloemen waren dorstig en duidelijk oververhit door de 28 graden. Dit zal hun houdbaarheid niet ten goede komen.
Tot nu toe niets meer gehoord van Pluukz. Voor mij geen herhaling, ik raad hun diensten af.
I ordered flowers two days in advance for a special occasion. On the delivery day, I received no notification at all. Since there’s no phone number available, I sent an email. Only the next day, after the scheduled delivery, I received a reply with apologies and the message that they “cannot guarantee delivery.”
I asked for confirmation of delivery, but to this day, I’ve heard nothing back. The flowers eventually arrived, a day late, in a damaged box left at the building’s entrance without anyone ringing the bell. Not exactly a nice way to receive a gift. The flowers were thirsty and clearly overheated from sitting in 28°C heat, which surely won’t help their lifespan.
Still no word from Pluukz. Can’t recommend them.

Really bad service. I ordered flowers for a friend. They were delivered with the neighbours but without any message. So we found out three days after. Flowers dead and no refund. Really bad customer service
Un-reliable, un-supportive, un-responsive. Never again.
After a number of repeated emails received advertising to use Pluukz to send flowers on time for the 8-March Women's day, I placed 2 separate orders for my wife and daughter (and paying 2 times the shipping costs because their portal does not allow to send multiple bouquets as one order and with separate messages).
On Women's day though, nothing arrived.
Only the email from the courier informing that both orders were delayed.
After waiting till noon, I then call multiple times the sole number indicated in the Pluukz portal. No one ever answered, beside the voice mailbox message saying "we are very busy, please send an email and we'll answer asap". Sent the email. No response throughout the whole Women's day, nor the next day. Tried to call again more times, but the line was no longer connected..
Two days after, on Monday, I received an email saying that "despite their impressive 99,2% delivery of orders on time" I was among the unfortunate statistics that did not.
I immediately replied repeating the request to cancel the 2 orders since no longer needed because the Women's day had passed 2 days before already.
No response, neither via email, nor via phone.
Around the end of Monday morning, I received the two packages, with the flowers withered from sitting the whole weekend at the courier's depot.
Again, I sent 2 more emails asking for clarifications and called multiple times. No responses.
Eventually I did get one email saying: "as indicated in the small printing in the portal, the delivery date is not guaranteed" And if I want to cancel the orders, the shipping costs to return them are at Customer's charge.
Good luck with your business. Now forth with other customers.
FLOWERS DO NOT ARRIVE
I ordered flowers very much in advance, to give to someone on valentines day, they did not arrive, and I had nothing to give. By the time they arrived my partner had leftn and they where in horrible quality. I then requested a refund to which they said no.
A disappointing & frustrating experience
The worst customer service and the most incapable delivery team I have ever come across. Failed to deliver flowers on Valentine's Day, not once but twice. I demanded a refund, but they keep avoiding it by sending flowers to wrong locations!

Letterbox flowers from pluukz.nl
I bought online letterbox flowers for a friend at pluukz. The flowers are packed in a package that fits letterbox. To make a long story short: the letterbox flowers were delivered 3 days later completely dead without the vases that came with it. The addressee was duped twice. Very bad business and handling. Response pluukz addressee was not at home we will send it today.. today was 2 days later

"I placed an order in advance for flower delivery on 05/11 (placed on Saturday for delivery on Tuesday). Unfortunately, the delivery was not completed, but the payment was, of course, processed. Moreover, I received neither tracking information nor a delivery report.
The support team has not provided any response or explanation. This is unacceptable service, and it feels like a complete scam. No delivery, no refund, and no proper support from your team. I would like a full refund or a resolution immediately."

Nothing delivered after 3 days
I ordered flowers (brievenbuspakketje) on monday morning so they should be delivered on tuesday, but it is thursday evening and nothing has arrived yet. It is thursday evening. I contacted the support desk and they said to follow up. I checked with my friend who should receive them and still no sign of (missed) delivery.
Very bad experience. 20 euros I could have better spent somewere else.
