Dishonest and unethical company.
Please avoid at all costs!
I purchased a few board games during covid in 2020 after a google shopping search. What i did not know (as it is hidden around word 1400 in their terms and conditions) that i had inadvertently signed up for some form of 14 Euro per month "membership". I have paid now over 600 euros to this company over 4 years for absolutely nothing. When i called and made this clear, they said "we have the law on our side". They have found a legal loop-hole and use it to trick people into this scam. It is clear to everybody that this was a mistake, an ethical company would at least refund some of this. Seems their business model is relying on people who's German isn't that great and could miss the fine print.
On the positive side, lesson learned, will check my bank statements going forward...
I feel sorry for the poor people working on the phone who have to enforce this dodgy company's policy.

It's a trap, don't buy

Be careful, this website is a trap. They will charge you a montly subscription even if you return the product and will never inform or retur the money. They send me a brocken product and charge me a mostly subscription of 14 EUR for 2 years

This company definitely buy reviews, pay people to give them good reviews or whatever to make them have anything more than 1 star. No way they could get more than a star. They could get zero if it was given, because they are scammers, and scammers don’t deserve empathy! Who would take their time to give this company any good review, if not complaining?
They answered my review. Instead of refunding me my money that they debited from my credit card against my wish. They apologized, as if that even make sense.
I need my money back, not your fake apologies.

This is a SCAM

I bought a bottle of shampoo. Little did I know that having saved a couple of Euros I have applied for the monthly 14 euro SUBSCRIPTION. I buy loads of stuff on the Internet and this is the first time I got in a situation like this. AND NO, THIS IS NOT OK, AND there wasn't enough information as I was making my purchase. AVOID!!!!

- The product page, you are given two prices, the members price incl. an information box you can open where it is explained what the members price entails, and the normal price underneath, which does not include the membership, which you can chose if you don't wish to be a member. The members price is highlighted, as our concept is being a book club where we offer books at cost price for a membership.
- In the check out, in the summary of the order, underneath the list of products in your order, you are informed what the membership price entails: "Die Mitgliedspreise sind nur für Mitglieder. Sie melden sich automatisch bei einem Mitgliedskauf an. Die ersten 40 Tage bekommen Sie zu einem 30 Tages Preis, danach 14 € /Monat."
- Furthermore in the checkout, you have to accept our terms before you can complete the order. This includes the membership conditions.

this company is a scam, I bought a small adapter. Without me knowing I have been enrolled in a flat rate "membership program" and they withdrawn from my credit card 14 euros per month! I filed a report to the police.

If you really care about your customers, give the money back once you know that you have withdrawn money against someone's will !

Company is scam

I recently purchased Mac paint pot from this company, price was 17.29 and Mac cosmetics sells it as 26. So I thought, let’s see how it comes out. They send me the package too late, with very unprofessional behavior. Like when ever I asked them about my package, they send me reply that your package is send out today. But one day I got it, the product is too old. But one day I checked my account this company took two times money from account, 17.29 and than 14. I asked them what it is and why? They said it’s membership cost, which you accepted. I said when I accepted and when you send me caution, like congratulations on becoming our member, that now on every month 14 euros will be deducted from your account to shop bigger brand. I asked cancel the member ship and refund my money, turns out it’s not refundable. Meaning Mac paint pot I got in 31.29 euros. I thought I was saving but it’s a theft.

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM. Do not buy from them. In their cut-and-pasted answers to legitimate complaints they profess to be transparent, but it is blatantly obvious their 'membership' ploy is a trick. They hide what they're doing from customers - and they know it.
You buy one thing, and they start automatically taking a monthly fee of 14 Euro from your card, without any notification, nor any confirmation that you are now a 'member' - a membership which you never wanted in the first place. This also means that you don't know how to cancel this so-called membership, as you never opened an account. They did this for you, simply to lock you in and take your money every month. Stay away from these horrible people, who have worked out a dodgy way to trick customers out of their money. My bank has been notified. Other people have notified lawyers. I hope this company gets shut down.

Frauds!!!!

3rd update: If you call your credit card company and let them know that all these €14 have been taken from your card without your permission, you get your money back!!! This already shows what a fraud company they are!!!

After a long search I discovered what I bought from this page. A scale which costs 8.95€. Who would knowingly become a member of a website which costs €14 a month to buy a scale which costs 8.95€???!!! And I did this shopping a year ago!! A year ago nowhere in this fraud company's website indicated anything about a membership nor I never got an email confirming my membership and yesterday on the phone no membership came up under my email so please, with your fancy answers you might think you're saving yourselves but in the long run you're destined to fail and ruin because of your cheeky ways!!!

This company is very dangerous. You think you buy only one thing. However, they start subscriptions with your card. they start charging you 14 € each month.

Also, they do not cancel this subscription although you said you did not do that.

A scam that claims to offer competitive prices: after your purchase, they charge you €14 monthly using the card details that you have entered for the purchase. The charge is made a random date at 3 am so I guess to avoid that you notice it.

subscription scam

You can only buy when subscribing to a 14€ per month fee. They show it in the checkout as 0,00€ as they claim that you get the first 10 days for free - but be aware that you can't cancel the first month. So basically they hide the 14€ costs on your first order which is a total scam.
