Hesitant. That describes how I felt when I chanced upon Hulii when I needed to get a pre-loved phone. I was afraid this might turn out to be a scam, or the phone will be so worn out, or the battery might not last or...

I chatted with an agent from Hulii on Facebook and the response came within minutes. That assured me to and extent that Hulii is a legitimate company. I rained question upon question on him, and it was all answered promptly.

Upon knowing they have a 14 day no questions asked return policy, I decided to take the plunge and get a perfect condition iPhone 7 Plus. This turned out to be the best decision I’ve made.

The phone came with a nice box from Hulii and wrapped in clear plastic, as though it was new. Because it was a perfect condition phone, the phone looked perfect. I could not find a single scuffling or scratch in the body of the phone. Even the charging port had no visible marks that it was ever used.

If you don’t need a first hand phone, try Hulii. You’re saving the environment, and saving huge amount of money by getting a “used” (or in my case, barely used) set.

Thank you Hulii for making everything turn out right. I’m definitely returning again!

My phone did not work well. It does not answer calls well (or at all, phone keeps ringing, screen shows call connected, cannot communicate with caller). Can't dial calls same happens above. Phone freezes. Need to turn off and on to make a call to stop the phone from glitching or freezing. I would like my money back and I'm about to embark on this mission.

On contacting Hullii they are happy to received ph back for repair - BUT DO NOT PROVIDE REPLACEMENT TO BORROW - so I had to buy another ph - as the repair will take over 1 week.

SO I have sent my phone back and Hulii have let me know the progress of the ph repair - HOWEVER they have not responded with awnsers to my questions requesting HOW they have fixed my phone or is it a replacement. . .. . they just closed the request.

I AM NOT CONFIDENT THAT THE PHONE WILL BE FIXED OR THAT HULII WILL TAKE CONTINUED OWNERSHIP IF THE PHONE CONTINUES TO BE FAULTY.

Not only is the phone I bought from Hulii in near perfect condition, but the team went above and beyond to arrange a postage re-direct at super short-notice!

It came in 2 days! Incredibly fast & I'm in love with my new phone. I wished you sold more items. Been telling my friends all about ya!

Before purchasing from hulii, I tried another company which was disappointing. I was a bit cautious about getting another secondhand iPhone, but decided to try Hulii and am very happy with it.
I ordered iPhone 6s in “perfect condition” over couple weeks ago, which was true with no problem (checked battery life and was 100%) and no visible marks when it arrived within 3 days (got priority international post).
The price was fair and probably make another purchase from them if I need something else in the future.

My phone works as if it was brand new. Very impressed and will trust buying from Hulii again

The item I received was luckly on sale at the time of shopping on this site. So I got a 75% discount & delivery time was excilent had the item in a week from China to my door. After receiving the item there seems to be no damage on the item & I was amazed at the condition of it how looked. So for me. I give them 5 stars for all the above & I am a very satisfied customer. 😁

The speed and customer service was good but the first phone I got purchased broke however they gave me a new one ASAP.

I bought my first Phone and changed my mind and returned it for another one.The gentlemen were patient and very helpful through the entire process. Communication and service were excellent. Purchase an iPhone 7, delivered within 3 days and works perfectly. Product is in immaculate condition and comes with a warranty - enough said! Don't shop on eBay for a used iPhone, shop Hulli! I'll definitely purchase another phone from Hulli soon.

I was in urgent need of a phone having damaged my existing handset. The online process was smooth and I was reassured that the retailer was trustworthy based on previous reviews. I was skeptical of purchasing a secondhand device but felt that the numerous options available to retailers in terms of condition as well as the price point was extremely competitive and represented the second hand in a different light. I have been using the phone for the past week without any issues and am happy to recommend friends and family to the service.

I bought an iPhone 7 in perfect condition and it looks great but as it is a gift and I haven’t given it yet I’m not sure if everything is fine until it is turned on! I contacted hulii and they replied within 12 hours. The phone was delivered within 3 days. So far I am impressed with the service from hulii!

Hulii sent me the US model Samsung S8+ rather than the international model. This was to an Australian shipping address.

Unfortunately their return policy requires all packaging in original condition so I can't return it.

Excellent response from the team... Very helpful with queries and the phones delivered were in the best of condition.

Don't be scared when choosing products conditions they're all fair.
