    Not so happy!

    Not so happy!
    I have been first proposed a very expensive solution. (3000dkk to change a battery for a 8 years old computer)
    On top of that I had to physically go to the store anyway
    "You need to visit one of our stores to get a more precise price, since we don't have the exact prices here at customer support. Only our technicians have the prices."
    When I asked if I could call the technician, it was not possible.
    I do not want to go all the way to the store to get a price for a battery replacement. This should be a basic procedure with some well-defined price like in other shop...

    Go get you apple stuff elsewhere

    Go get you apple stuff elsewhere, Humac is simply waste of time and possibly some extra money as well. Airpods can’t be tried on, that means you can never know how they really fit unless you have them. They didn’t fit me (was a Christmas gift) and went there to return . Not possible!! Change not possible too!! Ridiculously enough you could change if you got them on the website but not if you get them from the store. Reason being: “cause you can see them here” but can’t try them in the store, which means it is no different from seeing the picture on the website really!! Worst experience ever.

    Happy with an offer and how quick the…

    Happy with an offer and how quick the order was processed, but after the package was picked up from humac.dk, they said it's not their package anymore, and when it has been delivered to a pickup point that different to what I've ordered, they claimed it was not their problem. Thanks for no support.

    worse apple store

    I visited humac shop at Åboulevard and bought an IPad that they promised to be delivered in 2 weeks. after 2 weeks I called their customer service and they informed me that there is no date for delivery and that it might take 4 weeks at least. I chatted with their customer service and after long discussion they said it will arrive in AROUND 2 more weeks. after complaining that I needed that product before and if i knew that i would not bought it, they asked me to cancel the purchase. such a great customer service :(. taking into consideration that they got paid for the product at the same date of my visit. humac denmark is such a disgrace of apple stores

    Got my phone back

    Got my phone back, with a new mark on the sides (with a not throw in a trashcan sign)
    and full of small cracks in the screen..

    My phone looks like its been dropped on the floor, or been in a pocket full of keys or coins...

    Not nice to get a more used phone back, that you put in for rep...

    Incredibly poor experience

    This morning, I made a reservation to pick up a series 7 Apple Watch. I took time out of my workday to make it down town and when I got there, the employee told me he had sold it this morning. I was very surprised and showed him my confirmation email to which he shrugged and said that is “not a confirmation email.” I was left speechless because there is honestly nothing more you can do in the face of such willfull ignorance.

    This is but one in a few series of bad experiences I’ve had with Humacs all across Copenhagen. They often prove to be rude and unknowledgeable about their own products. For example, one time I had a Humac employee hold a a pair of generation two AirPods in their hands and try to argue with me that this was a generation one because they don’t sell generation two. He had to check the serial number to realize he was wrong.

    I will never deal with them again.

    No transparency - just abuse of market position

    I had my MacBook Pro screen replaced. First of all, abuse of power by being monopolistic to provide genuine parts and terrible experience with the guy a reception of service centre. I was told that the repair would be between 4000 and 6000 but eventually billed 6500. Also, they don't really show you the old part they replaced, and you cannot know if the part could have been repaired instead of replacement. Everything happens behind the door without any transparency.

    Worst shop ever

    Worst shop ever! In Aalborg shoping center.
    I buy a apple smart watch… nice talking and i buy insurance for watch too.
    And what i got now? I bring smart watch to shop, because microphone is not working and expected that somebody repair that… and nothing… just only give few numbers there i have to call. And no answer from nobody, just only humac shop seller told me that i have to pay for repairing job. Are you kiding with me? I pay a lot of money, plus pay insurance and i got nothing? Just only one more time pay!
    Shame! I really now how to inform apple center and i will do it.

    Fake price

    Fake price
    I bought the macbook air 2020 in Humac on april . The price which the Humac showed is completely fake and they are taking a lot from honest customers who trust and buys from them . I heard that they put this high price because they are selling most accessories from apple and tourist who wants to buy apple has no Idea about the other stored located here. Same thing happened to me I am very new to CPH.
    The same laptop in Elgiganten or power cost 1000 dkk less than Humac. I found this very unfair. I know I am not getting back the money .But I want to let the people to know that please first check the other site before you buy from Humac .Also the customer services are very poor .

    BETTER FIND AN ALTERNATIVE TO BUY APPLE

    I bought a macbook pro in this shop, and after a few months year the adapter started malfunctioning. It has a problem with the electrical power conduction and the ends of the cable are getting slowly burned, with a yellow/brown color.  When consulting Humac, they told me they won´t take any responsibility as long as the cable could work.
    It is exactly the opposite of what you expect when buying a product like this.There are other places in Denmark to buy apple products, which may offer better after-sale services.

    Worst customer service ever.

    Worst customer service ever.
    I ordered a phone cover and apparently the parcel got stolen.

    No mail from them giving me a status. I could have waited months without knowing anything. And after spending 45min in the phone queue the only thing they can say is “I will pass it on to my colleague”.

    I got my money back after a month, still without any mail. Luckily I saw the transfer on my bank account.

    I can’t imagine if I had ordered a Mac and had to wait a month to be able to work...

    Again, terrible customer service!

    Extremely bad service in store and…

    Extremely bad service in store and online!

    I have never experienced such bad service consistently from another brand before.

    I ordered an apple watch with the spring sale discount and got a reservation email. But nowhere in this email did it say that the reservation did not guarantee that there would be stock in the store. If I had known this, I would have ordered it online. Now, since I thought I had ordered my watch, I didn't and the discount is gone. Today I received an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation. Called customer service who told me the store probably didn't have stock. So I asked if I can still order it with the discount, since I was not made aware that this could be the case - they were extremely unhelpful and instead of acknowledging their mistake and offering me the discount, they just said they can't do anything at all.

    This is on top of my experience in stores, where a staff member agressively shouted at me when I asked for help, citing the massive queue and "had I not seen the queue and I can go and take my place like everyone else, what was I thinking?". Additionally when asked for help via chat, the person just left the chat and didn't answer my last question.

    I don't know what to say other than - maybe educate your staff about what customer service actually means! Learn from other countries - UK, US or maybe even Apple, who does it so well- it is a disgrace you're even allowed to sell Apple products. I work in retail myself and we would never ever treat customers like this. If we have done such a mistake, we will ALWAYS offer them another option with a discount.

    I will never buy from Humac again and I will tell others to do the same. I hope you go bankrupt.

    Very disappointed with the expensive…

    Very disappointed with the expensive and poor quality of the repairs they provide. Just spent 7.000dkk on repairing a MacBook Pro. Did not work when I got it back and was been told it takes another 6.500dkk. If I knew this the first time I would never spent almost 14.000dkk on repairing a 3 year old Mac.
    The employees in the Humac store are helpful and service minded. The StayOnline, who do the repairs, are in my experience completely incompetent and show no respect for there customers.

    Great customer service from Oliver R.N…

    Great customer service from Oliver R.N at the Norreport station store. I went in during the holidays to purchase a new Macbook Air M1 with an international keyboard. They had informed me that it would take about a month. Due to Covid, it ended up taking almost 2 months. Oliver really took the time to work with me so that I would get my laptop even during these times. Really appreciate his customer service! Thank you!

    Non existing customer service

    Non existing customer service! After placing an order I minutes after canceled it and got it confirmed. But they did not pay me back my money. Instead they sent my the product anyway, which I then rejected to receive. GLS therefore brought it back. But now they refuse to pay me my money back because they say they haven’t got the product back. I did not order it and I did not receive it. PAY ME BACK MY MONEY. I have used your web shop for the last time !!!
