Visited HUMAC Nørreport for the first time. Impressive location, but saw no customers. So asking staff visible for service, they were all unavailable. Odd, I thought, and went for the door again. Happy with my new phone, but the employee was too pushy- asked me several times whether I want Apple care, Yousee contract and camera protection. I asked just for the phone, he came back bringing several extra things saying “You need this”. I politely declined Apple care, the contract and the camera protection, he kept pushing and saying “You need this” and taking out his own phone to show me how much I need camera protection, started taking photos to prove that I need it. I understand he was trying to make me spend more money but this was not a friendly chat where I want to see your phone and what it does- I simply asked for a phone and having to repeat “No, thank you” 5-6 times was annoying.
Bought a brand new MacBook Pro 14”, and within 3 weeks (of which only 2 was used) it has been making crackling/popping sound while playing music, and completely crashed three times in a row out of the blue and became extremely sluggish. The computer has been in a case at all times, with keyboard protection and screen protection. The only solution they give me is to hand in the computer and be without anything for at least 2-4 working days, when I can’t do that due to classes and exams. I bought a new and expensive computer to not have issues, and less than three weeks in, Humac washes its hands completely. They also blame any possible software issue on me and claimed “I didn’t do my part by not fully reseting the system, which I should have done”, even if it’s less than 3 weeks old. And if I don’t do it, then they will charge me for it.
Worst costumer service by Sarfaz. I regret buying the computer from them. If you are a student with exams coming up, or daily hand ins, DO NOT BUY HERE.
When my girlfrens macbook died after 8 years of service, she wanted a new macbook, so we went to the local humac in Aarhus.
it was december and the new m1 macbooks had jus come out, so naturaly my girlfriend wanted that, she does a lot of work and video editing, so we decided to get all the extra storage and ram poosible. the saels assistant was very nice and informed us that he would have to get it as a special order, but asured us that they would get it before christmas.
3 months later she finaly got the call that it had arrived, but the joy soon came to a halt. 3 weeks in owning an m1 macbook the machine just turned off and wouldnt start again
we natural went back to the store, where they allso were unable to boot it up, so they wouldhave to bring it to the repair shop, same day we got the message that it was ready for pickup. "they told us that there were no issue and that the machine worked perfectly, wich were contrary to what they said the day before but even so they were still more than happy to charge a 500 DKK repair fee
to this day the issue persists and every 2 months we have to go to them and have them agree that its a problem just to have dem deny this the day after and pay them 500 DKK for seling me a broken machine
For everyone who does not want to read a lot of text: If you want to buy normal Apple product and get a normal service, buy it in the official Apple Store. Never, and again, NEVER ever think about buying anything from Humac.
I will not specifically indicate either the order number or anything else, since there is no point in solving anything with these people, they are not set up to help customers and are as disrespectful and disregardful as possible.
Was in Copenhagen for a week and had the misfortune to make a purchase at the Humac store. For anyone thinking of buying from them, please read their Terms & Conditions carefully before buying anything. Even if the product is defective, broken, initially broken or simply does not suit you for some reason, you will NOT be able to return it and get your money back. They can offer you an investigation by their specialists and repair the product, which in my case was not possible at all, since I was flying home the next day. They will NEVER refund money, even if you have NOT used the product at all and decided to return it immediately on the same day, only because you have already opened the package. In the official Apple Store, you can return within 14 days for any reason, even if you just did not like the color or did not like the product in use, and get a FULL refund.
This store does not have proper customer support, all you can do is chat on their website, or send an email and wait for a response. Support responds for a long time, behave arrogantly and disrespectfully. You can not expect any help from them, they work on the principle "Sold the product - it is no longer my problem". It's just very disappointing that such a service can take place in the European Union.
To anyone who is thinking of buying Apple products, I strongly recommend not to deal with Humac at all, but to buy directly from the Apple Store, for example, in neighboring Sweden. You will spend a little more time on the road or delivery, but protect yourself from all the negativity that you can get from buying at Humac.
And of course I can't help but note that this store is owned by the Russians, and of course they removed this information from their website after Russia started the war. Any purchase from them is support for the war, terrorism and destruction that Russia is doing in Ukraine and around the world.
What’s the point in pre-ordering apple products, if Humac can’t deliver faster than the products show up in their stores? In my case, the products will be shipped only week later. It’s ridiculous that they’re selling items online they don’t have in stock!
Seriously the worst customer service ever. Apple should remove them as an authorised reseller. I was in the store in Norreport St and I had a pair of faulty AirPods that have been recalled by Apple. The customer assistant refused to acknowledge they were a certified Apple reseller. It says it on the front of the store. They then said it would be 500dkk to process the return. I refused and essentially I was heckled as I left the store, as the store assistants laughed like teenagers. Next time im off to the Apple store in Malmo.
Insulted and treated very badly. After years purchasing several apple pc, laptop, tablet, phones, watches... the first problem with a watch within the 2yrs warranty I've been asked to pay a repair using all the possible excuses. I even got accused and insulted to have 'f@cked-up' with my watch. Horrible customer service, stay away if you can. Not deserving the Apple dealership
Warning!!!!! This is a buisness which has no intentions of respecting any rules and laws (even their own) at any kind. I have been in a lawsuit with Humac for more than one year now at the consumer complaint board. They will loose for sure - but seeing how they’ve been acting along the way has been pathetic. They have no shame, no brain and no style.
It is about 2 weeks ago I have send an order and it has not been confirmed till now.

I came to the shop 28 May- Saturday to cancel for my order - 2 months waiting for a new mobile, several mistakes done inthis shop but Tobias was very patient and solved the problems because of his professional attitude. Humac gave me the worst customer experience I have ever had. I asked the staff before the repair if my guarantee covered the display of my Macbook and they said yes. The day after I got an "offer" which asked me to pay 7000dkk. Obviously, I had to reject it and pay unnessesary 500dkk for the technician to find out that my display was broken which was the whole point of giving it into repair in the first place. I would recommend only go to the real apple store in Sweden or Germany since even Apple was shocked when they heard about the offer I received when I talked to them on the phone. Never again.

Tried to reserve a product online (showing availability) for pickup in store. Never got a confirmation. Calling (long time on hold) lead to that they sold it to someone else. The website still shows as available (in that store).
They try to push all sorts of services onto their customers and used manipulating communication methods to pressure their customers.
