Excellent tutor

We have been extremely happy with Humanities Learning and James’s support across both GCSE English and A‑level Politics. Their teaching is clear, engaging, and tailored to our learning needs, helping my son build confidence and make consistent progress in both subjects. We feel well‑supported and confident moving forward with their guidance.

James is a fascinating tutor

James is a fascinating tutor. I am studying history and philosophy, and Hegel makes regular appearance insubjects i study. Hegel is notoriously difficult to understand and
If it weren't for James, it'd be in great trouble. But, then I started studying with James, and he has helped me a lot ever since.

Fantastic Experience with James

James has been an amazing English GCSE tutor over the past 12 months. He has helped me go from around a Grade 7/8 standard to achieving Grade 9s. He has also helped me a lot with unseen and anthology poetry, and with structuring transactional writing effectively.

GCSE English

My son has been tutoring with James since year 7. Now he is year 10 and with James for English Lit and Ben for English Language. He thinks both tutors are good at their subjects and most importantly passionate about their topics and care about the students. Both tutors are very engaging and he enjoys every lesson. James also provides parent with detailed written feedback every 6 months and I am pleasantly surprised with the process that my son has achieved.
