Humanitix is the best ticketing site I have used. It had all the needs of our business and was very functional and easy to use. Time zones auto adjusted seamlessly for online events across the country and always had excellent and fast support if needed.

Very helpful, patient woman who went to the trouble of creating a small video to show me what to do. That impressed. Also the outcome was very positive as we eventually solved the problem.

I purchased tickets for an event that was cancelled days before the event and unfortunately the organiser went radio silent for 5 months and didn't honour refunds and my bank was no help. I reached out to Humanitix and spoke with Jeremy who was fantastic and he processed the refund for me. His service, understanding and professionalism was absolutely 5 star worthy.
The only reason I give 4 stars is they're near impossible to contact. No contact number or email given as it's all website based and the help topics werent what I needed so it was a dead end. I had to comment on an unrelated social media post and Jeremy reached out via DM.
So much easier than Trybooking. I love Humanitix. No damn robots, just humans (like their name) and amazing support from the team on their live chat.

Bought the most expensive tickets they had. The venue called them “diamond VIP” tickets. Guaranteed front row, blah blah blah. After taking a limo to the show, we were informed that the “diamond VIP seats were oversold and we had to take cheaper seats. They also said it was the ticket vendor’s fault. There’s no way to leave reviews with Humantix other than here. I will bash their name for eternity. Screw these guys. They most certainly don’t donate anything to charity either. Shame on Humantix. Total scam.

Our event had an Account Manager from the get go. Mia was easy to communicate with either by phone or email and always responded quickly to any communication. I felt supported throughout the time our event was online, September through to March. When we had a small issue setting up the scanners (user error :) ) a quick call had me receiving directions over the phone and another staff member contacted me the next day to make sure everything was working ok. It's been great guys working alongside you over the course of our event and guess what?? I am beginning to plan the 2025 event so it's all starting again!!
This company is a total scam. Any positive you see is a part of the scam. I paid over $30 to see LTJ bukem and Reached out to human multiple times got no reply back nothing they’re good at charging my credit card though I wish I could see this dude out in public that runs this bs scan company

I'm sure its an oversight, but the show we had purchased tickets for was cancelled and we were promised a refund which never occurred.
Humanitix appear to have replied here, but yet to to receive anything or any direction for how to have my money refunded for a cancelled show??
I have left messages at the number below even though I have already sent through booking details etc.
Hopefully, my money will be refunded soon.

I was incredibly impressed by the company and their innovative concept. However, my experience during the interview process was marred by a lack of communication. Despite initial enthusiasm and promises of further meetings, I was left waiting with no updates. If I wasn't the right fit for the role, I would have appreciated the courtesy of being informed. Nonetheless, I believe in the company's potential and wish them every success.

While the Humanitix platform is largely the same as other ticketing platforms I have used in the past (a tad easier to navigate), what has really set it apart is the responsiveness when I encounter a problem. Assistance has been fast, personable and specific. What really blew me away was receiving a personalised video that both talked and showed me through what the issue was with my specific event and how to resolve it. Would definitely (and do) recommend.
