Ordered a collar a lead. Easy to order , reasonably priced and great patterns. Postage took a bit longer than I expected but didn’t realise it came from abroad, I thought it was a small Company based in the uk . 🇬🇧

Noticed other people had problem with…
Noticed other people had problem with collars coming loose. It seems to be larger dogs that have this problem EVEN though the collar size chosen is for larger dogs.I have emailed also with own phone number for contact but no one has contacted. It seems only good reviews get replies!

Fabulous Customer Service
This is a great store I ordered the wrong size collar on a personalised item and they sent me an additional collar free of charge - they did not have to do this - what fantastic customer service almost unheard of these days. Their products are nice quality and lovely colours I would definitely buy from them again.

Didn’t like it too thick for a cat more for a dog.. sent it back but didn’t get refunded as it was engraved.Oh and there terms and conditions.. 🤷♀️ So if anyone has a dog called Vinnie.. give em a call.
