No contact for weeks, even when my delivery was several working days past the latest deadline purported by the seller.
They never answer the phone.
I contacted the seller who managed to get them to book me in for a delivery slot. 23rd of December- last slot before Christmas. Take it or leave it.
Of course, the vehicle got into an accident and didn’t make my delivery. Can’t phone seller because it’s Simba beds/mattresses, whom you can’t phone. No idea how much longer we’re sleeping on an airbed now while waiting for customer services to reply.
Their online chat, the only way to actually contact them is practically unusable and unreadable due to its low contrast. The customer support didn’t even know that their driver had had an accident when I contacted them 45 min after my delivery window expired.

Ordered a bed through Simba Sleep to be delivered by Humber. Slot cancelled on 18th December. Rebooked for 20th. Two guys turn up at the house and smash the bed apart and wreck the walls on the way out of the house. They then come back and say sorry we don’t have the new bed! 5 days before Christmas we don’t have a bed. You can’t get through to the phone lines. I’ve emailed and heard no response. Truly staggering stuff. That was 3 days ago and so we are on an airbed for Christmas and still don’t even know when the new bed will arrive!
You could deliver when delivery is due and be in touch with customer instead of the customer having to chase you all the time to get an update on delivery day my experience was not a good one
Didn't get my whole order with no explanation why not. Still chasing it up. Sofa not assembled by drivers as promised and is still in pieces, incomplete, on ny living room floor.
You deserve negative score but to your luck it is not an option. We dismantled our sofa as you were supposed to deliver our new DFS sofa this morning until 4 minutes before the delivery time. Now we are entering Christmas without a sofa and guests to come. This is not something you can simply be sorry for.
Update:
As Humber Services told us they can`t deliver on the very morning of a confirmed delivery, we could not cancel the bulky waste collection for our old sofa. Thanks to them, we have been sitting on cushions on the floor for 20 days so far!
They are not bothered at all to respond to our review. I am trying to call them to make sure it will be delivered on 15 Jan as promised but no one seems to be bothered with picking up the phone too. After waiting for 30+ minutes, they just hung up.
Avoid at all costs working with Humber Services or any company using them to deliver their products!
Well this must be the WORST company in the land I cannot believe that the still in business if I could have rated it-10 I would
No contact made to arrange delivery of my goods had to call them 5 days in a row to arrange my delivery left messages and emails but no calls them from suppliers after them telling me they have my goods
After managing to contact them they arranged a delivery for Saturday 21st and was told they would message me the day before for a time slot but no message so waited in all day no delivery tried emailing and calling them nothing
If a supplier says that this company is delivering your goods please get in contact with the supplier and ask them to change to a different company
Don't let this company stress your life anymore than life is already

NO STARS Shocking and Unacceptable Service
Humber Services were supposed to deliver our Simba bed on 22 December, but they never showed up. Because of their failure, we’ve been sleeping on the floor for 18 days, which is completely unacceptable.
Today, 9 January, they were scheduled to deliver between 10am and 1pm. At 12pm, I called to confirm they were coming and was told they were running late and would arrive between 2pm and 3pm. As the time passed, I had to call again, only to later receive a text saying their van had broken down. They “strongly apologised” for not informing us sooner, but apologies don’t fix the fact that we’ve been left in an intolerable situation.
The lack of communication, constant delays, and outright failure to deliver the service promised are disgraceful. This company has caused us immense frustration and unnecessary stress over the holiday period and beyond. Their behavior shows no regard for their customers, and I would strongly urge anyone to avoid them.

I am extremely disappointed with Humber Services. My bed was scheduled to be delivered today between 9 am-12 pm, and despite receiving confirmation of the delivery, it never arrived. To make matters worse, the company is closed on weekends, meaning there’s absolutely no way to contact anyone to find out what’s going on.
I rearranged my entire day and made space for the delivery, only to be left without the bed I paid for and no explanation. Now I’m left sleeping on the floor tonight, with no idea when or if the bed will ever arrive.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid using Humber Services for deliveries. A reliable delivery company should not leave customers in the dark with no communication or support.

We had a very stressful experience with this company. The first delivery date was cancelled on the same day. Then it was nearly impossible to arrange another appointment. Customer Services would say they would call me back with a new date, which never happened I had to chase every day several times till I finally got another appointment. When the delivery team arrived, they turned up with the wrong sofa. The same procedure, endless phone calls to arrange a new appointment. The company made no effort by getting in touch , it was always us who had to call and email them. Last week our sofa got finally delivered, after many weeks wsiting without our own sofas, as they were already collected. The two delivery guys Mark and Mark were very professionall and helpful and delivered an excellent service,which was the only good experience we had with Humber Services

We were mucked around with delivery day. We were told it was supposed to be last Monday so partner took day off work. Humber services never arrived or answered the phone. DFS couldn’t get hold of them directly either. Day off wasted.
Also we ordered our sofas with easiglide feet which have also not arrived. Now in communications with DFS about that.
Feel for £135 delivery we were mucked around and had very poor communication considering the company was trusted with £2600 worth of our goods.
Would like to stress that the actual delivery drivers who delivered and set up the sofas were excellent.
The delivery driver tech was absolutely fantastic. He was on his own delivering a 2 and 3 seater sofa. He was so polite and made the delivery a very nice experience.

I've just bought a new home, and now it seems like I'll be bedless for who knows how long due to the sheer incompetence (or, worse, the thoughtless, wilful negligence) of Humber Services. I could not recommend more strongly AGAINST this sham of a delivery company. Zero stars, if I could give it.
I ordered a mattress and bed frame from Simba on Dec 1st, a good 3 weeks before the eventual delivery date, and Humber eventually reverted with a promise to deliver the items in the AM slot today (Sat 21st Dec). Instead, while I sat at home waiting for the entire day at the cost of going out to sort the infinitude of other new home tasks, no attempt was made at delivery at all and even worse, not a hint of an update from the driver, the company or the website. It has been radio silence. The company conveniently has no out-of-hours contact, so there is no way to ask questions (and reading the other reviews, they aren't responsive anyway). So I now face the totally unacceptable prospect of having no bed in my home for Xmas, and it is solely and exclusively down to this dreadful organisation.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If Simba had informed me of the courier, and I saw these reviews sooner, I would have demanded an alternative.
We were expecting a settee to be delivered on the 18th December company said the tried to deliver it at about 9 15pm know one knocked door has in all night. Cctv shows van pulling up at 9.13 man got out stood by house did ot knock door then dropped called us with held number back in and drove off by 9.15. Can't get it redileverd until jan 4th. My wife has disability but company not bothered rang them got through once said they would ring back but did not. Tried to ring them 9 times after 15 mins 15 seconds got cut off every time would of gave them 0 if I could have rang DFS tried to help. Never use this company load of cowboys. Further to my review yesterday was having settee redelivery on the 4th of January now they have altered it too the 6th of January even though we ha e told them my wife has a disability where she needs recliner because of leg problems, have to go out and spend money on a recliner chair today 22/12/2024 no decent company should use this company.
My son ordered a simba mattress for our Xmas present. Three times the delivery has been cancelled and we have had to make a clear pathway for them moving furniture pictures and stripping the bed. It is supposed to be a VIP delivery so annoying we are in our 70s. Still have not received my mattress
Expected chair to be built and as I'm a pensioner will have to get someone in to put it together for me . Not just a box deposited in middle of sitting room.
Driver and assistant were very helpful and personable. They respected my property albeit the bed that was delivered was the wrong style and the mattress is damaged. Really don’t know how Simba can’t control their inspection of goods before leaving their suppliers.
Delivery went wrong
Received a text to confirm delivery was due within 20 mins - all good
2 delivery guys arrived and unloaded the whole order onto the street, given it was pouring down would have made more sense to bring each item in as they unloaded. Once all the gear was off and getting soaked they started to bring it in, struggling with the weight of items they proceeded straight up the stairs with wet footwear leaving a trail up the carpet and in to bedroom. The wet packaging left dripping all over bedroom carpet. They rubbed the ceiling as they carried items upstairs marking the paint. 10 mins after they’d left, we heard a loud bang, they had literally through everything in piled against the walls on top of each other, something must have slipped and knocked into bed and head board which has fell into wall and took a small chunk of plaster off and scrapped paint.
