2nd time waiting in for a delivery that didn't show. Absolute shambolic clown show of a company, if you buy anything from DFS check what company they are using to deliver and if it is Humberservices tell them to eff right off.
Maybe not the wisest choice to submit such a shite review before I actually have any furniture, hardly likely to get them to improve their incompetent service.

Firstly, the 2 guys who delivered our bed were great. Courteous, tidy, and they explained everything about the product before leaving. However, the whole delivery communication process following an unexplained cancellation was appalling. We had received notification that the delivery would be made, as requested, on the 18th December. On the day, no delivery was made and we received no communication from Humber Services Ltd as to why. We had to call them and we were told it would be with us by 4pm. No delivery received. We emailed Humber that evening, and received a curt one line response the following day that the delivery had been ‘rerouted’. I called Humber the following morning to explain and I was told they would investigate and call me back with an explanation and to agree a new delivery slot. No one had the courtesy to call me back. The following day we received an email saying the product would be deliver on Monday 23rd December. The product was delivered 5 days late, the day before Christmas Eve. I understand that mistakes happen and that deliveries are sometimes cancelled at short notice. My issue is with the complete lack of respect and decent customer service received from the telephone support team at Humber Services Ltd.

Ordered a bed from Simba with the delivery date and time of 23/12 1pm-4pm. After reading past reviews I was sceptical and come 3.45pm there was no sign of our order. I called Humber services and got the standard ‘vehicle has broken down’ response. I was then advised to call back this morning (Christmas Eve) and they’d be able to provide us with a further update. I’ve called this morning and their automated message states that they are now closed until 6th January.
Absolutely appalling service. Why tell your customers to call back knowing you won’t be open for 2 weeks. Simba will be losing a customer due to their incompetence.
The furniture delivery was ahead of schedule and I received a call in advance.
The drivers / fitters had a problem putting the recliner chair together as they had not come across this make before, they didn't really follow the instructions but got there in the end although it to a long time.
Incomplete order, missing items, damaged boxes with visible marks on the sofa.
Delivery was refused because of the above.
The service was really good and friendly. They called beforehand to let us know when are they coming and were on time to deliver the sofa.
The delivery gentleman was very helpful and respectful

Multiple problems… was promised a 2 week delivery but it’s been 8 weeks now since the order and a promise before Christmas. Order due 16/12 but they sent a text an hour after the delivery slot finished to say that their vehicle broke down. No further contact. Now i’ve received an email from Humber saying it was delivered yesterday 22/12 and signed with my name! No such thing has happened. Shocking company - steer clear.

Was told my delivery from DFS was due today between 7am-10am… still waiting at 2pm. Couldn’t get through to anyone on the phone so managed to get hold of someone through live chat. Was told our delivery was running late and would get the delivery driver to contact us asap. Another hour went past and nothing! Went through to live chat again to be told our delivery was cancelled and they was trying to fix it and would give us a call. We still haven’t heard anything!!
We have 3 small children with no sofa two days before Xmas as we got rid of old ones to make way for new ones.
This company is shocking! The lack of communication is disgraceful. There is no way I would ever use their services again!!

Was supposed to get our order today, very sceptical as per all other reviews. The company did not notify us. My partner called them at 1630 trying to get an update, where they informed us their vehicle has "broken down". At no point have they contacted us, until we contacted them. We don't know when we are getting our bed.
