Arrived very quickly Really Good Unit and Service
Arrived very quickly, early the next morning. Nice unit and works very well. Have finished getting all the stuff from the old PC across and all is working. Battery seems to go down quicker than I expected so I should have ordered it with a new battery so I might upgrade that in the near future. But I found it has a touch screen and may have Mobile data (need a SIM of course) both pleasant surprises.

Great to hear everything is working well for you :) We are happy to offer replacement battery services before and after the sale, your particular unit has a Core i7 Processor, and passed our tests lasting several hours. High spec units with Core i7, Touchscreen etc typically will always use the battery quicker than a more basic Core i5 unit, smartphone or tablet for example, so you may not be used to the power requirements of such a high spec laptop. When you're setting up all your apps that's quite intensive so will also use more than when you're just browsing the web, you can always adjust your power setting to battery saver mode when you need more juice too :) With a good healthy battery we would recommend using it until it's life is depleted to get the most value for money, we can always upgrade you to a new battery in future simply flick us an email and we'll be happy to help. Refurbished 15.6 inch HP Elitebook Laptop
I ordered a unit on a Sunday afternoon, it was packed and shipped on the Monday and I received it on the Tuesday. The unit was in even better condition than I expected as I have bought items from other suppliers in the past only to find the items not quite up to their described standard. Well priced as well. All in all I am exceedingly happy with my experience and will pass this on to people I know who are looking to buy refurbished.
