Huntaway is perfect and easy to use. It came still frozen and my boyfriend even commented how red it looked inside when my pups chewed it. It’s broken down in cubes, ready to go whether we are going camping, if dog dad doesn’t want to prep food- he can just pull this out of the freezer and a full meal is ready to go. Raw feeding made easy!!

My aussie loved this raw food! He ate it right away both frozen and thawed. The packaging is super convenient for storing and portioned out so there's no fuss in calculating how much to feed. Definitely recommend you give this a try!

Package received still frozen in AZ on a hot day. Packaged very well. Dogs initially needed some encouragement to try the food but eat it all up now. I feel good knowing they are getting excellent nutrition for their needs.

So far, June, who can be an extremely picky eater, absolutely loves the flavor! And we humans like Huntaway because it's made with sustainable meat and healthy, natural ingredients like carrots, blueberries, spinach, flaxseed, and parsley for fresh breath.⁠ ⁠

A balanced raw diet with correct portions? You can’t go wrong! Huntaway Wild Venison has been a game changer for adding some “wild” into our dogs’ daily diet. Although, we are not transitioning to fully raw, it’s definitely a great way to help picky dogs LOVE to eat.

Excellent product! Un-farmed/wild Venison is fantastic! Ingredient list after the venison is a "feel-good" nice selection too.

I thought this might be to rich for a 12 week old puppy. Wrong! She Hoovers this down like she can’t get enough.

My two doodles love it! As soon as I took the bags out of the box they were pawing at me to see what was inside. I've been trying to feed them as well as I feed myself but the dog food competition leaves a lot to be desired with the lack of humanely raised and/or sustainable food. The fact that Huntaway comes from WILD deer made it check all my boxes, especially since I feed myself wild game.

It looks and smells fresh and healthy, looks just like advertised. I appreciate a source of meat for my dogs that is not factory farmed. Too soon to tell how they really do on it as I've only just started introducing it. They like it!

So far so good!! My chocolate lab has some allergy issues and after home cooking fish for him for months I needed to find a better solution and really wanted to get him back to raw. It’s only been a couple weeks but so far no flares ups and he loves it!!

One of the best raw food companies out there. They care about sustainability, and it shows through their practices. Highly recommend!

The dogs love it. One of our dogs is a normal dog that has no opinion on wether food is good or bad as long as it is edible. Our other dog doesn’t like peanut butter, among many other things. He loves Huntaway and now gets excited when we open the fridge in the mornin.

We are so happy we switched to Huntaway! Our dog, Bondi, absolutely loves the food! We weren't thrilled with our previous food provider for multiple reasons -- they were expensive, the food too low in calorie and consisted of mostly fillers, customer service was poor, too expensive, etc. But all of our previous complaints have been rectified with the switch to Huntaway! The food is nutrient-balanced and higher in calories so that we can finally put some weight on our dog, and at a reasonable price point. We also love the company's commitment to sustainability from how the food is sourced to the point it reaches our front door!

I have had my baby on Huntaway’s Venison raw meals for about 5 months. He is healthier than he has been in years. Maximus has allergies and has struggled with losing hair, having sores, etc. Because Huntaway is so healthy and is free of grains and soy products, he is now healthy and has a full beautiful coat. I recommend Huntaway products to anyone looking for healthy raw meal for their pooch…

At least half the bags had holes, were ripped open, or leaked after thawing either from the seams or from one of the many holes. I HATE cleaning up the fridge from leaky products....the dogs love the food but I hate the packaging

It seems this company came from nowhere! But alas, New Zealand is actually somewhere, and it's pretty cool this raw dog food comes from there. I have subscribed to this product now and I'm so pleased with how my Golden Retriever has responded to it - he loves it! Plus their customer service has been excellent, it can't be easy launching a new product.
