Regarding the dust, our apricots are 100% sun-dried organically in the valley, not chemically washed or treated like standard supermarket fruit.
This natural process preserves the skin and creates a rugged, earthy texture that can sometimes be mistaken for grit, but we adhere to strict hygiene standards during packing.
