Got the chamomile tea and sea buckthorn berries in the same order. The chamomile is the best I have had locally, actual dried flowers with a real scent, not the teabag dust I was used to. Sea buckthorn is very tart so I was not expecting that but I have been adding it to yogurt and it works well. Both items were packed separately and securely. Customer support replied quickly when I had a question before ordering. Good experience overall, already recommended to two friends.

Ordered the herbal tea and it was amazing . overall good experience

Ordered the walnut oil and dried apricots together. The apricots especially are on another level compared to what you find in regular stores, no preservatives, no weird coating, just the actual fruit. Walnut oil arrived sealed properly and the flavor is very distinct. I was a little unsure ordering from a smaller brand at first but the lab testing mentioned on their site helped. Packaging was careful and delivery to Islamabad took about 6 days. Will be a returning customer.

I ordered Buckwheat flour for the first time from them and its pure and better than 1 or 2 other brands I tried.

I ordered the buckwheat and dried apricots bundle from Hunza Foodways and was genuinely impressed with the quality. The flavor I haven't found in supermarket options. Packaging was neat and the products arrived well-sealed.
The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the delivery took about a week, and I had to follow up via WhatsApp to get an update. Customer support was friendly and responsive once I reached out, so no major complaints there. I'd still recommend Hunza Foodways to anyone looking for genuine mountain foods, and I'll likely order again. Just manage your expectations on the shipping side if you're in a hurry.

Delivery could be more good

I really like the products. They are fresh too.

Green tea aroma and taste is just normal. Not according to expectations. I think simple ginger and mint tea smells and feels better.

It's a great product no complains with that even the packaging is pleasing but the delivery time and how the package arrives is pretty bad and i'm disappointed with that.

Didnt receive what i ordered and was told correct parcel is coming but didnt come and they blamed the packaging department and nothing further progressed

As a celiac, I have tried many gluten-free flours over the years and most have either caused reactions or tasted terrible.This Hunza team was recommended to me by a friend and I decided to give it a shot based on their batch-level certification.
Three months in and I have had zero reactions. The flour performs well in baking, the texture is consistent, and I have since moved to a monthly subscription. Finally a brand that actually delivers what it promises.

Even though the company gives certification of ZERO GLUTEN, the celiac's body gives the right certification, as I got badly glutened and am still suffering from symptoms of glutening. So, even though there is certification, you never know about the field yielding process that contributed in glutening the crop, harvesting it from the same machine, and even cropping after wheat or gluten crops. So, I being a CELIAC, do not recommend buckwheat or anything from their facility, but everyone is free to take his decision according to their disease complexity.
